For an economy hotel, the amenities are good. Location is easily accessible and area seems to be safe. The property however needs some maintenance. Beds in our room were very comfortable. The front desk person was helpful.

Floor in my room was very wet. The whole room! Housekeeper was very little help,he just moved the water around. Never said a word to me, just an unfriendly glare. I had to use a bath towel to dry floor. Did not have time to find another hotel, and make our event. Overall the place showed low/poor maintenance.The stair way was especially filthy.
Photos on thier website made it look like a decent place. It is not! Would not recommend this place.

Very nice and simple room. Smells like a hotel and had a comfy bed. It even has a wireless phone charger which was great because I forgot mine!

Considering this is in one of the nicer areas in the east bay this hotel is embarrassing as is the service. Basically like staying in a Motel 6, but more expensive. The picture of the continental breakfast is significantly misleading and when staff was questioned they didn't seem to care. Breakfast consisted of rasin bran, fruit loops, granola bars, and sliced bread. There are no cups, and the bowls, plates, and silverware are plastic disposable. There was coffee and juice, but again no cups. Only thing we touched was the granola bars because the cereal containers were cracked and the place just looks very unkempt. The rooms were also Motel 6 quality, but slightly nicer beds. Pay a little more and stay in Walnut Creek hotels. Hotel staff also takes a copy of your ID at check in without saying anything to you.

This hotel was truly fantastic, and the management is the best in the business. His customer service was amazing and he did everything he could to make my stay as perfect as possible. The room was clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel is deceitful in their pictures of breakfast. They provided sliced bread, granola bars, and cereal from cracked and taped containers. They didn't clean the rooms unless you specifically requested.

Convenient to everything I need. Inshape is literally next door, 4min walk. Mountain Mike Pizza is in the middle between the hotel and Inshape. Luckys is next to Inshape. Gas station is across the street. A lot of other restaurants are nearby. Downside of this is the traffic in the morning. I’d suggest taking Clayton Rd to get to the HWY instead of Ygnacio Valley Re, it can get pretty bad in the morning and you’re bound to get stuck there for 30-40mins just to get to the freeway. Also, I dislike connecting room since tenants can get loud. I didn’t use any services while I was there since I tend to be extremely neat and clean so there was no need for room services, but the hotel will send you a text the moment you checked in and you can just send a text to let them know if you needed room service. Overall, already booked another room for the following week again.
