The room was nice, a little old but nice! The front desk was always so friendly to me and my kids!!! The pool is beautiful and it has a little kids section which I’ve never seen before so if you have a toddler you don’t have to worry about it coming to maybe their knee, super nice!!!the breakfast is really nice and fresh! The water is hot and the beds are comfy! There is a train that runs by, which I seen in some reviews bbt it didn’t really bother me or my family. I only heard it once blowing its horn during the day so it really wasn’t an issue. I would recommend the hotel if you’re stopping through!

Mel was absolutely wonderful helping me when I had called to ask about a room and availability! Very quick and polite! I had called a few times. 😅 I myself am a housekeeper/ Night Audit worker and was so happy with her costumer service skills and attitude! By far one of nicest front desk agents I talked to in Cheyenne!
She was very positive and reassured me, regarding my potential stay, that all my wants would be met in some manner. Never seemed annoyed with my questions or egar to get off the phone! I had been calling around all day trying to find a room for my anniversary with my husband, that provided a jacuzzi in room. And Mel really played her part and reassured me they have what we're looking for and the room is worth the cost!

We had an awesome experience with our stay. Zach was at the front desk and was so accommodating, courteous, and polite. The room was big and clean. We got a queen room with 2 queens and a set of bunk beds. The pool and hot tub were nice. Zach was the star though, way to go Zach!!

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly and accomodating. (Kudos to Patty)|The rooms are older but clean and pleasant with nice bedding and no off odors. If you get rooms in the "tower," they are spacious and there is an elevator. I can't speak about the rooms in the main building, but there is no elevator for the second floor there, and I think the rooms are smaller. Breakfast was okay. There were hot options. No bagels and cream cheese, though.

The hotel was very welcoming! Kid friendly and my kids loved the bunk beds. They had a blast in the pool. Their internet did not work but none the less that's not what we were here for. The front desk was great and the breakfast ladies were kind. We will be staying again.

Desk staff are fabulous, super nice and helpful with info.
Room is very clean.
Sheets and pillows are Great.
Carpet in room 110 could use a cleaning.
On my next trip here I intend to stay here.

Days Inn has one of the best pools in Cheyenne. Amy, the GM, and her staff strive to ensure that their guests have a pleasant pool experience. In addition to the work done by the maintenance staff, Aqua Tech WY LLC visits the facility on a regular schedule to check the water as well. The management takes great pride in providing their customers with a clean and safe aquatic experience, and it shows. They maintain and continue to improve their facility.

Old facility. Room floor was very dirty. We had to put towels on the floor so our foot don't get dirty before we got to the bed. If we hadn't arrive late, never woulda stayed here. Not well insulated from the outside noise. Constant noise from outside.
