Management was very unprofessional. It’s so sad that you have to lie to someone just to make a quick dollar. I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. I called right away to cancel my reservation. She was very nice and said she would waive the cancellation fees. Well 2 days later I found out that was not the truth. I called the manager she said she was mistaken… how are you mistaken for telling someone that? We also had some friends staying there that weekend as well. They said it was very nasty there so I would highly recommend spending the extra 50 bucks at the Best Western which is right next to it. I hope you enjoy screwing me out of 150 dollars because over time I’m sure at least 2 or more people will read this review and you end potentially losing more than I will.

The room was fine if you have to stop overnight somewhere cheap, but it's definitely older and would not be great for extended stays. The beds were not very comfortable, but the shower at least had decent water pressure. The fitness center has some fairly dated and limited equipment. The staff were friendly.

Good price in Casper for the stay with pets & breakfast. Basic & complete amenities + a good breakfast bar. Clean facilities & friendly staff! We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for welcoming us. (Really can't say more, but TripAdvisor demands 200 characters.)

My daughter and I stayed here for a villeyball tournament. This hotel had wonderful staff, was a great location with less than 10 minute drive to literally EVERYTHING, and felt super safe! I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again.

Daily housekeeping, in room coffee, bathtub available. Also has a stairstepper but no exercise bike. Hot breakfast includes scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, wafflemaker plus cereals, yogurt, fruit. Friendly and very accommodating staff. About housekeeping...some days were better than others. Also has a guest laundry, but I didn't use it.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. 1st room we were in had issues with temperature control on shower. Staff quickly moved us to a new room nearby. Breakfast needs a little improvement. Eggs and some other items were luke warm. Some items needed to be restocked. The fruit juice selection was good and it was nice and cold. Fresh waffles were tasty.

Bathrooms are terrible, 2 knobs to control the temperature in the shower/bath and they are falling off as well as leaking, and the bath faucet runs as you shower. The bathtub and sink take absolutely forever to drain as well. And If you take a shower the whole bathroom floods, granted this is just one room I was in.

The rooms are super nasty, Management lies to you. There is nothing good about this place. I recommend not staying there , Unless you like sleeping with bugs and god knows what else.
