First of all, they woke me up my first night there pounding on the door at 4:17am because they had a leak. It was pouring rain and I'm pretty sure that's why, but they thought I left a faucet on.

The ice machine was down.
The vending machine didn't give me my change.
Despite the website saying they have a fitness center it was "under renovation" 🙄.
The bath was nowhere near warm enough, which is vital for me as an athlete who occasionally must cut weight. But it's not hot enough to be relaxing.
Did I mention the bathroom had a big leak from the ceiling?

Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the past five years, and I stay in them probably half a dozen times a year...

Excellent Customer Service. Room was very clean and well kept. Front desk staff was very compassionate. I was there for a Family Funeral. Very good experience. They were able to extend my day by one day, prior to Checkout on Friday morning. I was very pleased with my Stay. Price was very reasonable and competitive.

We’ll go down and read previous reviews, disgustingly dirty room. Stained sheets, cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter. Mold in the disgustingly dirty tub. The pillows were yellow and disgusting under the dirty stained pillow cases. And I can’t even explain the stink of the room!!! Don’t believe the owner/manager saying they will fix it in the previous responses to the reviews because it’s still the same! I spend over 100 nights a year in a hotel working on the road and I have never come across a room this disgusting. My girlfriend had booked the room and checked in 20 minutes before I arrived. We had to change clothes for a wedding otherwise we would had turned around left immediately. They refused to give us a refund because we were in the room for an hour!! Beware of this hotel!! Stay far far away!!! See the photos!

It was dirty. Pillow had stains. No handle on shower. No batteries in remote. The vending machine ate my $1. The smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the night. At check in the rep was on the phone while checking me in. I am an extrovert so I do not have the conversational personality. So I just dealt with it. But I want to make sure others do not.

I regret having made the worst reservation I have ever made in my life under false advertising. The photos they show of this hotel are not the reality. I wanted to cry when I entered that place. It is extreme misery. Absolutely everything was very bad.

The chairs in the room was disgusting! They are dirty and worn! Lights that were supposed to work just over the beds didn't work and some were missing!

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! From the horrible smell that the room had to the urine on the walls, stained sheets that were also filled with cigarette burns, yellow stained pillow, dirty night stand, a non existent fire alarm that had wires sticking out of where the fire alarm is supposed to be connected... It was overall a horrible room. I checked in, waited for my husband to arrive at the hotel, when he saw the conditions of the room he immediately agreed that we would not stay and booked a room at a Hilton property. We then went to the front desk to complain about the state of the room and ask for a refund. The front desk refused to refund us per his supervisor and we were told that we had to call customer service, which was equally unhelpful. The told us that we had to talk to the front desk.. I am in utter shock this is a Wyndham property!

I had the worst experience ever staying at this particular hotel. When I pulled into the parking lot there were a lot of Kids and teenagers in the parking lot. There were three security guards standing in the middle of the walkway before entering the main entrance. One of the security guards cat called me. The main lobby had slot machines and an intoxicated man playing at 1 of the slot machines speaking very vulgarly to someone standing next to him. The main lobby smelled of cigarettes and air freshener. I booked the priceline. I showed the front desk my itinerary and booking information. He found the booking number but Priceline put the names in the wrong order. Priceline put my name as the guest. Needless.
to say I contacted them, they spoke with the front and it was rectified up. He gave me my key And a piece of paper that stated the dates that I was staying at the hotel and was instructed to put it in the front window of my car so that my vehicle would not be towed. I followed the instructions and proceeded to the 3rd floor where my assigned room was. As I exited the elevator it smelled of strong urine, cigarettes, marijuana, and perfume. I entered my room only to see that I was assigned a room that had been previously occupied and not even cleaned. There were towels all over the room the bed was in disarray. At that point I was completely over it and taking a back. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact my guest to let them know that I wanted to check out immediately. So I went to the front desk and I was assigned another room after I explained to the front desk and showed him a video of the room. The second room that was assigned to me was on the second floor was clean I proceeded to turn on the television and the remote wasn't working because it did not have batteries I was very displeased , I proceeded down to the front desk informed him that there were no batteries in the remote and that if anything further would happen I will be checking out. I was aware if I needed a refund I would have to contact priceline. I did explain to the gentleman at the front desk and how displeased I was how unprofessional and unsatisfying this particular hotel was. I have stayed across the United States in multiple hotels for business and leisure i've never stayed at a hotel of such low quality. He proceeded to tell me to I had one hour or I could just give him the key right then and there and leave. His tone was very unprofessional and condescending. I expressed to him that he had no reason to talk to me in such a tone, in fact I should be the one that is furious, raising my voice yelling in cursing. He slammed the remote down , put the Batteries in and tossed the remote across the count. Very unprofessional , and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At this point I attempted to contact my guest again in which I wasn't able to reach. I went back to the room. I entered the bathroom and noticed that the countertop was cracked in half and had been puddied back together. The toilet tissue was on the floor, because the toilet tissue holder was broken. At that point I could No longer take it anymore. I proceeded to the front desk, handed them the key and left! I will never ever stay at a Day's Inn again in my life nor will I
ever recommend anyone to stay at one.
