Horrible. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Noise all time of the night. People selling drugs. The outside had trash stacked up in the cans and on the grounds. The staff was rude and spoke to you like you were dumb. The place was stinky and not clean. You shouldn’t have to walk into the room tou paid over $100 for and seem cigarette butts. You should have to push the bed to the other side of the room to watch tv. I would never stay here and never recommend this trash pile. It needs to be closed down

I wanted to rate this hotel a 0. The customer service representative at the front desk was very rude. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was feces stains on the sheets by the pillow. Black mold in the refrigerator. Roaches in the bathroom and cancelled our room when we were still there and wasn't 11:00 which is check out time. After calling front desk she told us she didn't know how it was done. We have pictures to prove it.

Yuck, just Yuck! This place was run down. The room was sub par, the furniture of very poor quality, and the lighting was just poor. While laying in bed at night, there was constant noise and the smell of marijuana continually wafted into my room. In addition, I had a had time understanding the check in clerk behind the desk. I actually left and checked out that night at 12 am, and just hit the road. Don't stay here, unless you just like to slum it.

The service was absolutely horrible. The cleanliness was subpar. It was dark when I entered my room and when I turned on a brighter light, roaches scurried around and tried to hide. I killed three and kept the evidence just in case I was asked for evidence in order to receive a refund. I looked around for more and I saw two on the ceiling right above the bed.

I wouldn’t bring my family here again. I didn’t feel safe at this location. Here is a list ||1. The ladies working the desk were a bit rude and seemed to careless if we were there or not. When I checked in on Saturday the lady working was talking the entire time with someone on her earbuds. ||2. The area seems a bit shady and definitely saw people loitering. ||3. The ac in room 137 hardly worked||4. The room had a very strange odor ||5. Towels and sheets were stained ||6. The whole place was just shady

The room was clean, but I booked for 2 adults 1 child. There was only towels for 2 people. Brought leftovers back to room from dinner to eat for lunch the next day. That was when I realized there was no microwave in the room--no coffee maker either. No coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was milk, raisin bran cereal. There was nasty tasting coffee and some juice in the machine. But the warming tray was empty, there was a pancake maker but no batter. No muffins-just bread to make toast. We normally would not stay somewhere like this, but it was during Motion and most hotels were already booked.

The bed sheets are clean. The floor and the room are clean. But the bed cover has stain and the iron board has stain. One of the chairs is in poor state. The drain in the shower is slow. The hotel is next to a highway and rail road so you will hear road noise and train air horn. They collected $50 refundable deposit. So pretty average hotel. The laundry is coin operated and only has 1 washer and 1 dryer and they said it is 3rd party owned not the hotel operator. We went to a laundromat instead. Please see photos I uploaded.

Glad to get off the property without my thoat being cut. Crack house central. Grown men sitting around half dressed,pool was covered,property not maintained. The girl behind the desk was nice and assured us we would be safe because at night all the doors would be locked. Don’t make the mistake of looking for a deal here it will be the wrong kind of “deal”!
