Delivered a load here they’re very good people. Overnight parking available. Unloaded my truck in half hour.

The guy at the receiver is really nice. I arrived a day prior to my appointment he let me stay on site overnight and unloaded me quickly next morning.

Great products, but not very good customer service. My family runs a donut and has been ordering our supplies from Dawn for many years. First, we started with the sales rep and it went well for a little while until he kept forgetting to place in our order on time and never apologized for his mistake. When asked, he placed the blame on the driver or operator. So we decided to call the center instead to place the order which did not entirely solve the problem. Our delivery date has become very inconsistent and gone off schedule so many times. The representative we talked to was not very professional and never had a reasonable explanation. So now we’ve decided to start ordering online instead. Will update how it goes in a few months.

Absolute garbage service. Had a pick up order, drove 45mins and they were closed by 1:20 pm. The lady on the phone said 2:00 pm, guess they wanted to go home early that day. Dawn customer service is absolutely trash. Buyers beware!!

I wanted to give them -1 star. I’ve been ordering from this company for 18 years! Spending THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of dollars. During pandemic, my business has been slow so I didn’t need my products delivered anymore. I had to pick up (Will Call) instead. They require a $300 minimum for pick up order. That’s fine. They need me to call 1 day ahead. Ok. But now they need me to order online because if I call in my order they will charge $15 extra. Man! They charge for every little thing. It’s all about money to them. Why is it so difficult to just call in & pick up my fricking order?! At other places, I can call 30 mins ahead & pick up the SAME day. And they don’t charge fees like Dawn does. Never giving them my hard earn money again. And I suggest you do the same because they don’t care about their customers.
