I had a very disappointing experience with this venue. Initially, the owner seemed convincing when I was booking the place. However, after paying the deposit, I was stuck with the venue. A day before my wedding, he charged me an extra $500 for lighting and drapes that were used for the previous event. I wanted to cancel everything right away but was in too deep due to the wedding happening that weekend, within 3 days. Has anyone else had this issue? Say one thing, does another thing.

I ended up paying over $6,500 to rent this place, and it was not worth it. The air conditioning didn't work during the summer-fall, 1st day of a October, making the venue very uncomfortable. The owner allowed his people to walk into the event as if he was promoting, which was very disrespectful. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper during the event, and the place was not clean prior to our arrival. We were unable to set up decorations a day before, and the owner wanted us to clean the place after the event. The event had to stop at 11:30pm, and anything after 12am incurred an additional charge per minute. The owner seemed more interested in money than providing good service.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

My mom had her wedding here & we had a couple issues with this place. First thing first this man talks a really good talk when you book with him!
When my mom sat down and talked with him and paid her deposit, she had asked him that the DJ needed at least 2 1/2 hours set up before the event Started. my mom called him the morning of to make sure that the DJ was going to be able to enter the hall via keypad or someone would open the door for him like he said during the deposit exchange. he then told my mom the day of her wedding the DJ couldn’t come until 130-2 because no one would be at the hall, after getting my stepdad on the phone He finally agreed to letting the DJ go at the time that he was supposed to. Another issue we had was decorations. My mom specifically wanted certain parts to have red and when we arrived, he still had stuff set up from the party The night before. There was only supposed to be One table set up on the stage for my mom and my stepdad. He had the same tables from the night prior, which was quinceañera still set up and during the whole time of my mom‘s wedding, the tables were still up. All he did was throw some white flowers on top of the tables to make it look like it was decorated that morning. Another thing was when it came time to eat his workers help themselves to the food that my mom and stepdad paid for for their guest. when my mom told him about it, his response was “everyone has to eat, right” that is so very unprofessional of him and his team not only did they help themselves to the food One of his workers when no one was looking was taking my mom‘s wedding cake to the back to help themselves. So very unprofessional my mom addressed this also to him and his worker lied and said that one of her daughters offered her Cake, which is not true because that was me that was standing right there when she was doing it. it’s not that my mom had a problem with them eating or taking cake but just being a business owner yourself that is so very unprofessional and they should have asked to take a piece of cake. We offered the bartender a piece of cake because that was the only employee that was in sight the whole entire night. another thing, my mom paid for security because it was required by him because we would have alcohol. that whole night there was not one security guard that entered that hall. My mom addressed him the next day which she shouldn’t have. He should’ve been more responsible and more professional and reach out to my mom and let her know the situation with the security guard, but she had told him the next day. She noticed that there was not one security guard there that night, and she wanted her money back For the security Guard part. he told my mom the security guard had a family emergency with his son. That’s why there was no security that night. That is not my mom‘s problem. That is his responsibility to have had another security lined up. If one were to call out thank God, nothing happened in our crowd was on their best behavior that night. another thing he told my mom that he would be walking around cleaning tables off this man only walked around one time during the whole wedding to clean tables off after that all the tables were full of trash we would’ve cleaned the tables off, but there was literally only one trashcan and it was full already when I asked the bartender if Ray could clean the tables off she had said he wasn’t there. Another thing my mom paid for about 100 people to attend her wedding maybe 50 people or less showed up. there was no reason why the bathroom should have ran out of toilet paper and toilet liners. If supposedly he went above and beyond for my mom‘s wedding and made sure everything was stocked up for her. he basically told my mom my mom was mad because no one showed up to her wedding, which is totally not the case even people we don’t talk to on a daily basis noticed that decorations were used from the prior night including the whole stage area. The only thing we have good to say about this place is his bartender.

We provided our photobooth services for a quinceañera event at this venue. It was a great place to host such a special event. The decor was beautiful 🤩. Highly recommend.

Loved this place ! We held my sisters wedding here and it was beautiful! We loved the setting and it was such a fun party! The catering was fantastic !

Great venu friends mine they celebrated their wedding in here. Staffs are helpful salon is neat overall A + thank you dark blue for amazing decoration food !!
