I had a very disappointing experience with my eyelash extensions. I specifically requested a classic set, but instead, I was given hybrid extensions with excessively long lengths that I did not want. The lashes are so long they’re touching my eyelids. When I asked for them to be fixed, the technician, refused and told me to wait until they fall out, saying there was nothing they could do. The customer service was unhelpful, and the result was nothing like what I had asked for. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of resolution.
My mother also had an appointment scheduled for eyelash extensions right after mine, but they refused to provide her with any service. They claimed they were fully booked, which only happened after I asked for my extensions to be fixed. This felt like retaliation, and it was incredibly unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. My pedicure was rushed, 25-30 min pedi. I asked for French tip, showed a picture and got nothing but a line on my toes. My mom had an ingrown nail and endured intense pain when they intended to pull it out, until they decided to finally get someone else to do it, who did it easily and fast. They’re willing to redo their service, but that doesn’t beat how disrespectful they were verbally. I didn’t point out these imperfections and dissatisfactions with the intent to make them redo their service, because I’m a consistent client here I more so pointed these things out for them to just be aware. I got nothing but a bad attitude and raised voices in return. Lost a consistent customer! Won’t be returning!

Every time I go here (for the past 3years) I leave very satisfied. I get my fills, full sets and pedicures done by anyone who is available and they are all wonderful.

I came to Cutie Nails because of a bad experience at Beauty Bound. Kim and her staff were attentive to my needs. It was a positive experience and would recommend this place for all your beauty needs.

I've been here a few times, but yesterday was officially my last. (There was an issue before where i waited for an hour just to sit down and her to tell me she couldnt do my nails because they were too long--we know they look at your nails when you walk through the door..but i let it go and continued to go there) When i walked in, everybody just stared. It was about 20 seconds before anybody spoke. Even my husband was like uhm hello. They just sat there looking at me. Strike 1! I needed a gel pedi and acrylic fill (they did both back in February, but a full set) the lady who did my toes was great. Not too rough and very patient. The one who did my nails is a different story. She kept pulling my hand to make herself comfortable even though i was already reaching all the way across the table. She cut me with the drill about 4 times and was twisting my finger so hard, its still sore now. Strike 2! I asked how much it would be so i could get prepared before she finished. She spoke to someone else for a bit so im assuming she's getting my total. Then she stops talking and never tells me how much. After a couple minutes i asked her again and she said to wait til the end. Why she couldnt tell me my total for a fill and pedicure was weird. And she's painting now so we're basically done. I go to the front to pay and the manager gives me my total. $115!! For a gel pedicure and a fill Are you serious? i asked her why it was only $5 less than my full set in February, she tells me i didnt get a pedicure last time. Excuse me? You guys just took off the color from my toes that matched my nails that I got done there. She decides to go back and forth with me on whether i got my toes done there like i dont remember when where and how much my services were. For $5 more i could have started my nails over and got a different shape (i perfer curved nails not the straight flat ones). It seems like they make up prices as they go. Depending on their mood or on who does your service not the service itself. Not to mention, i got one solid color. No designs or gems or anything extra. Im very disappointed as ive been here numerous times and have even brought someone with me in the past. Only got the stars because the pedi lady did a good job and i like the space and cleanliness of the shop. It gets busy but not too crazy. Oh also to mention the lady who wasted my time was the one who did my nails so im not sure if there's some attitude or something from before, but i think im the one that should have the attitude after you made me wait an hour after i explicitly showed them my nails and that they are long and i sometimes have issues finding someone to do them. So i definitely make sure i show them before and let them know what im looking for. Ive been getting acrylics for almost 20 years. If you go here make sure you get a quote before they start or you'll be left with an outrageous total and a manager that will argue with you about your past services

I went to Cutie Nails for the first time ever and I am extremely happy with the job Kim did! She is fabulous! I also has a wonderful interaction with Angie. Both of these women get the job done right and with courtesy. I think I finally found "MY nail shop"! I've only started getting my nails done about two months ago, and since then I've gone to three shops prior to cutie nails looking for the right person. Another plus I thought was that Cutie Nails offers your own tool box. Meaning that you pay a sum (not sure how much just yet) for a box of tools used JUST ON YOU!! Great idea especially during covid-19!! To make things better, they give a 10% discount with said box every time it's used!! Price range for a full set, fill and mani pedi is pretty much the same from the other places. Minor differences. I'm happy to say that I am one satisfied customer! Thank you to all the ladies at Cutie Nails! You are all wonderful and sweet!
