Me and my partner went to get some coffee before a 2 hour drive to Indianapolis, I got a frappe, and my partner got a macchiato. We were there for a whole of 1 minute and the whole experience was amazing. The coffee was delicious, and the server was so nice. I definitely will be going back, and so will my partner. 10/10

I went to Cup of Joy for the first time this morning and it put me in such a great mood for the day. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone was enthusiastic despite the early morning, and I felt they truly cared for me through our small interaction. I was even more thrilled to find out that some of their flavors are house made, and they encouraged me to reach out if I have any flavors I want to see! 10/10 experience, I will definitely be going back and you should too!!

Great service from both ladies. Absolutely the best latte just perfect for the Holidays. Better than Starbucks hands down. I went there the majority of the week each time the ladies provided not only the best lattes but also comfort. They weren't aware of the loss of my mother but I sense they could feel it. They both didn't ask any questions just kind words and gratitude. That to me is what real service is all about. Taking the time and really caring for each customer while providing not only a nice cup of coffee/latte, or all the other wonderful drinks and foods, but serving it with love and care. They really live and serve by the business name, Cup of Joy.

Super nice ladies that worked here when I first visited. They helped me decide what I wanted to order, and doubled down on their “you can have whatever, however you want it” policy. Makes you feel good, was a great way to start the day. Bless the ladies that work here.

Love the ice! Interesting drink combinations. Sandwiches are like what you'd make at home, loaded up on meat and toppings and def better than subway. Super filling lunch.
