Affordable, beautiful, cooperative, flexible, patient from beginning to end!! They offered lots of space for guests, affordable customizations (uplights, curtains, etc.), and very accomodating to requests. I would recommend this as a venue over and over.

I had my henna party here in August 2020! The staff was very accommodating and understanding with it being a Covid party. There was a little misunderstanding about the table pricing but they cleared that up quickly. I had a choreographed dance at my henna and they allowed me to bring my dance group there and practice a few times a week prior which I really appreciated! The space allows for beautiful decor and the fountain outside makes for great pictures! The staff was very efficient and professional the day of. My only complaint would be that it gets pretty hot in there during parties! Decor in the photos are by Flowers by Sprinkles(the absolute best)!

We had my daughters wedding reception at Crystal Grand Banquets in Lemont, IL in October 2024. The staff were wonderful to work with! They were very attentive and responsive to questions and ensuring our needs were being met. The space is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of parking. Several locations on site for pictures. I was nervous about the food after reading some other reviews. However, the food absolutely exceeded our expectations! We had butler passed appetizers--6 varieties. They were outstanding! Dinner was family style to include roast beef, fettuccini alfredo and polish sausage. Again, so good! The staff were professional and super friendly as they interacted with all the guests. We had purchased a wedding cake from an outside baker. They cut the cake and served it with a dish of ice cream to each guest at their table. We received many compliments about the venue. Would absolutely have another event here! The only surprise we had was the form of payment required for the final installment. We had made two deposits during the year via credit card. Final payment must be cashier check or cash. Just good to know as you are planning to have it ready.
