At first I wanted to go for a facial to try but ended up to try other things as well like waxing. She’s trying to have more options in the future like Pilates. 10/10 recommend 🫶

Ol'girl could stand to be more professional. I was trying to book for a specific date and time. Emailed and she said she did have the time and she was sending me the link to schedule. I don't know how why I assumed it would be a link directly for the ti.e and date we had discussed. Cause why make it more difficult for your client's. She did not, sent me a link for a appointment a month away. I noticed immediately and sent her an email. She said I should have paid more attention when scheduling. I did let her know I would not be interested in coming on a different day. I asked for.my refund to which she replied "I don't do refunds, EVER!" I did let her know that I did not see the payment went through on my end. She was quick to let me know it we thru on her end! She was unwilling to work with me. I kept the appointment but wanted to change the services I had scheduled for. After sending that email letting her know I now only wanted a facial. Absolutely no response! I have called and texted to confirm my appointment with no response. Not my type of buisness woman. I will never go to see her. With her nasty attitude and unwillingness to make things right with me. Ugh, not goin now I feel like she is petty af!

So right after writing this I received an email from Ol'Girl and she canceled my appointment. She said she read my review and thought I canceled... which if you can read, you know is not true! She then emails me to reschedule. I don't know about you but after this much back and fourth and her still refusing to give me my deposit money back. I would be a fool to let this lady put chemicals on my face!

Ms. D is the best. Her facility is clean, she's very professional, actually cares about her clients, and she knows what she's doing. Ms. D is quick, courteous, funny, caring, and pays attention to detail. And the prices are perfectly set for the services.

In detail:
I was always skeptical about hair removal processes as I've had terrible experiences in the past. However, I wanted to start supporting Black owned businesses and women who are like minded. I did some research and came across Esthetics Queendom. When I had my first service I was extremely nervous. Literally sweating bullets. But Ms. D made the experience so comfortable by being nurturing and  normalizing the process. I returned. And I continued to return. And each time I've gone back I've been more pleased. The environment is welcoming, Ms. D's energy is never negative, and she keeps it real. I have extremely sensitive skin so I choose to use sugaring for all hair removal services. The sugar she uses is perfect. It doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't leave an excessive stickiness, and goes on smooth (which could be aquated her technique). Oh, and she sends out weekly newsletters, interacts with her clients, and has lots of promotions. I'm telling you, she's the best at her craft. Each time I go in I can see the progress she's made with the building and the brand; that makes me so proud. I am so happy I found her. Keep it up sis! I look forward to remaining a loyal client for the long run.

Best esthetician I have ever worked with. She has created a very clean and relaxing environment. Dominique is a very sweet and calm person who just sets a very relaxing vibe. Prices are very reasonable and she is very flexible, as long as you communicate with her as far in advance as you can. I have had no problem switching appointments or rescheduling if I needed to.

I personally had an amazing experience with Dominique twice now & would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a warm, inviting safe space to get a facial or any hair removed with no judgments whatsoever!
My first time ever with her I got my full body sugared, which I have never done before, and I couldn't of felt more comfortable considering I was fully unclothed for 3 hours. She talked me through the whole process putting my mind at ease while she did her work in a professional manner making sure I suffered the least amount of pain possible.
I was so impressed I booked for a second visit getting her "Signature Facial" & "Bacne" treatment option which again was performed with stellar quality exceeding my expectations!
All in all I give her business an A+ because she works it alone with one other lady, who was on vacation at the times I went, so she hustles extremely hard to provide quality service and she delivers it in positive friendly way. 🙂

Dominique is hands down the best esthetician I've ever gone to. From my first appointment, I knew I would be a life long customer and gladly followed her when she glo'd up and moved to her current location. What I love most is her professionalism. She is very punctual and respectful of your time! A close second would be her warm personality. Although a wax can be transactional we've always had great conversations and I'm always blown away when she checks in on things I've mentioned the month before. She makes the experience feel personal and relaxing, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone!
