Huge wedding music shook whole hotel. First room no AC or heat. Complained about room and noise. Offered a room directly over party. then offered handicapped room with double bed. Said they were booked for weeks with parties. Noise would be from party and from bar. they could not help.

Used to be a very nice place to stay!

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Foster City was pleasant. My favorite part about the hotel is the breakfast! Very delicious and staff was was very friendly and attentive. Hotel is a bit on the pricey side, like $100 more from what I remember from my past times staying here. Beautiful bed in room but not so comfortable. Spending $250/night, I would have thought I would be more comfortable in the bed but I would definitely give this hotel another try. Hopefully, they’ll get better beds for the price.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. We took advantage of the pool which was amazing. Service was top. Location is great, Costco as well as multiple other stores and restaurants are around 5- 10 min drive. I do wish that the rooms had microwaves in them so we wouldn’t have to walk all the way to a different floor to warm food. Other than that, family and I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Room was decent. The beds were a bit firm but not bad. Had issues with the shower pressure and temperature and room was slightly dirty (not vacuumed in corners and under tables and some trash from prior guests). I wasn't aware until we checked in that there was a nightclub on the premises of this hotel. We could distantly hear the music in our room at night but not so much it kept us awake. But, the few times I had to go out to my car after dark there were lots of people smoking outside and in the garage and crossed paths with people who were intoxicated. The staff were all great. Would stay here again but probably not with children.

Check in was easy, my room was clean, fridge was cold. Breakfast in the morning is one of the best I've had. Full spread of options and excellent servers/ service. Highly recommend staying here

Nice location and average hotel. I didn't like the check in process. I'd called them a day earlier that I would be coming early and appreciate it if you could provide a room early to change the dress and go to the office. The representative said, we would most likely have a room by 1:30 PM and hang up. However on the day of check in, I went to the hotel around 1 PM and a lady at the front desk said , we had fully booked the hotel last night and didn't have any rooms available and rooms were being cleaned. I explained the situation and requested that I could wait 30 mins and waited in the area opposite the reception. I asked after 1:30 PM and the answer was the same, no rooms were ready/ still being cleaned, asked to check in at 3PM. I had the only option to change clothes in the bathroom and store the luggage, which I did and left to the office. I can't understand why a single room wasn't available even after 1.5 hrs after the actual check out time. Could have asked room service to have a room ready but they didn't. They didn't even try that is what made me upset. The room was big enough and clean. The only issue I had was with the bath tub with dirty water flowing backwards when it is not being used (not sure how?). I noticed it while I was in the bathroom and mentioned it to the reception. They did apply a temporary fix as soon as possible. Overall stay was okay but could be much better.

The room was clean and comfortable but opened to the inside atrium. There was a party at the restaurant with a loud drum and I could hear and feel it until 11. The only thing I want is a clean, quiet room so I can be set for my business the next morning. Not happening that night.

Even though I live locally, I stayed a night for a wedding. Overall, I think this hotel is convenient. It’s close to the airport and there’s many restaurants nearby, along with a few shopping areas.

The bar experience was okay. Staff were friendly, but the portions were small considering the price. Plus the drinks were very watered down.

The room was overall clean and the bed was comfy. The handle in the bathroom was loose, but it still worked. The remote was old so the buttons had to be pressed harder.

Check in/out was a smooth process.

The decor in the lobby area is interesting. It feels like an old dinosaur exhibit with its fake rock formations and palm trees. Seems a bit outdated. But this did not affect my rating.
