I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for a dog training conference. The stay was comfortable and the staff were wonderful. They answered my questions and handled the rush of conference attendees professionally. I also greatly appreciate that the staff maintained decorum in the presence of so many adorable dogs. I know every person there was glad that people weren't rushing their dogs for attention. The hotel was conveniently close to the local subway station and the airport. The shuttle driver was awesome! He was very good at his job and gave me advice that ensured I wasn't late for my train. I had a standard room with two queen beds. It was clean, smelled clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. When I declined housekeeping during my stay, my decision was respected and nobody entered my room. I would gladly return to this location for another event or a personal trip to Chicago.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Crowne Plaza O’Hare, even though I, unfortunately, had to cancel my stay last-minute due to a sudden illness with my kids. Jennifer at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She handled the situation with such empathy and professionalism, making a stressful moment feel a little lighter. I traveled to Chicago for work/leisure.

Hotel was nice and clean but more on the dated side. However, the hotel was clean and food offerings were plenty.

Experienced great service throughout. Hotel room was clean and I felt safe. Bed had a plush topper but unfortunately, my hips hurt through the night as I am a side sleeper. Room was comfortable temperature wise and I could adjust as needed. However, blankets/comforters were thin.

Bathroom was clean and the counter space was amazing! Water pressure and temperature of the shower was stellar!

Airport shuttle service was awesome and convenient.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff is great, welcoming, and always there to help. The beds need to be rotated or something because there was the ever-present divot where people have slept so I wound up sleeping in the middle of the bed to get a more solid base to sleep on, There are bed lights that could be placed else where but they came in handy when I was working on my computer at night.
I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont, IL, and had an overall pleasant experience.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was a standout—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my visit.

That said, there were a few minor drawbacks. My room had some cosmetic damage, and the walls were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep when my neighbors stayed up late talking. While the bar had a decent selection, a bit more local variety would have been nice.

Overall, the cleanliness and excellent service made up for the minor issues, and I would consider staying here again

The Crowne Plaza Hotel continues to impress me, and my recent stay during the bustling Midwest FurFest was no exception. Even with a fully booked hotel, the staff and service were impeccable. The staff was attentive, ensuring every need was met with ease and efficiency, and I never felt the strain of the crowd.

The rooms were a sanctuary—quiet, impeccably clean, and outfitted with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to recharge after long days as a vendor. The location couldn’t be more convenient for those attending the convention, sitting steps away from the convention center—a logistical dream for vendors like myself.

There were no signs of chaos even with the hotel at full capacity. The staff handled everything seamlessly, and there was no noise or disruptions to my stay. With its reasonable pricing and in-and-out privileges, its parking policy added to the stress-free experience. Dining at their in-house restaurant, Murray Bros. Caddyshack, was another highlight, offering delicious food at a great value.

The Crowne Plaza perfectly blends convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for future conventions—it’s genuinely a vendor’s dream accommodation.

I thought the elevators needed to come quicker. I loved the front desk help. My phone for room service didn’t work. I loved the bed and pillow. It was a good experience. The staff at breakfast were smiling and helpful. Food could have had more variety but it was good

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. At checkin they charge an additional $29.00 per night for parking. You would think parking would be included especially when staying for multiple days. They also sell the parking on independent sites for less than they charge guests. Rooms are just your standard room. There is a safe in the room, no microwave, and no body wash provided. The Chicago Fire Oven pizza restaurant in the hotel is expensive and is not good at all. May have been worst pizza I’ve ever had Frozen pizzas are better. Everything was clean. Gym was missing dumbbells. I wouldn’t stay here again.
