This is a long overdue review that I have been meaning to leave for awhile. I got married at Crooked Creek in June 2023, and it far exceeded my expectations. Kelli and her staff are the nicest most accommodating people you will ever meet. They offer SO many amenities and I truly believe there is nowhere around that can even come close to how wonderful this venue is. From the amazing bridal (princess) suite, to the cabin for the boys, to the flawless reception building overlooking the pond, there truly are not enough phenomenal things I can say about how breathtakingly beautiful this venue is.
While they are constantly having events, Kelli and her staff truly make your weekend all about YOU. They tailor every little detail to your liking and make sure that your event is extremely unique to you. Kelli's staff meets with/contacts you often leading up to your event and ensures that everyone is on the same page so everything runs smoothly. Any request I had, Kelli made sure it was met and assured me over and over again that things would be perfect (and they absolutely were!) I seriously cannot thank them enough for all that they did throughout my wedding weekend. My parents were able to truly relax the entire wedding day because they didn't have to stress about putting out decor, making sure everything was where it was supposed to be, picking things up, etc... I cannot recommend this venue enough, and promise that you will not regret anything about your day if you choose them. I still look back on my pictures often and admire how perfect and beautiful this venue really was. Thank you to Crooked Creek Whitetails Estate for making my fairytale dream wedding come to life. My husband and I still agree that it really was the absolute best day ever!

Went here for the Xmas venue they put on, and wow is all I can say. If you have kids or grandkids you definitely need to get tickets to this next year. It was the most amazing Xmas entertainment for the kids I’ve ever seen. They had Santa, the grinch, and the list goes on. Tons of amazing activities for the kids, train ride,musical at the end of the show. It was amazing we are definitely going to go every year from here on out . ITS A MUST if you enjoy Xmas fun for kids, and in the perfect place. Very nice place , everything was kept up so nicely, everyone was amazing and sooo nice, 10 stars all day long great experience thank you for sharing your property for this fun.

My husband and I had our wedding here last month. Kelli and her team went above and beyond our expectations! With their help the wedding process was not stressful and actually very enjoyable!! We had so much fun setting up and decorating the day of our rehearsal dinner with her team to bring our vision to life. The day of our wedding went so smoothly with no hiccups. This really allowed us to enjoy our day and stay present in the moments as they happened. The day was an absolute dream and my Pinterest board came to life that day. I cannot recommend Crooked Creek enough to those who are looking for the perfect venue.

Our wedding day was an absolute fairytale thanks to Kelli and her team at CCWE. It was everything we ever dreamed of and more. From beginning to end they played a key part in making our day one we will never forget! Our guests still talk about how beautiful our wedding day was and we have heard MANY times that it’s the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

We found this venue a year before the big day. We remember talking to Kelly during the first visit and met her and her family members and were very impressed with them and what they created and their energy level!

They took care of all the concerns and activities keeping the day special for the couple being married and their family members. The venue has so much to offer and the day was so beautiful that words can not describe how everyone enjoyed themselves.

They offer all the amenities needed for a wedding celebration!!!!

If we had to do the wedding all over again, we would definitely be back! This is a venue you need to consider when in the area around champaign.

Kelly and her team absolutely blew us away with their attention to details for our wedding! The whole venue is so customizable, there’s many different locations to hold your ceremony outdoors but if there happens to be less than favorable weather the chandelier room is GORGEOUS. We utilized the massive supply of decorations that are provided for a fee (SUPER worth the investment) and Kelly was super receptive to the vision we had, even setting up multiple meetings to ensure we were all on the same page. I am so grateful for the smooth, seamless journey we were blessed to have with CCWE, they took any minimal worries away and we were really able to focus on all of the love and joy that filled our special day! They truly have everything you could want and need, we were pointed in the direction of our caterer (STJ IGA) and florist (Jamie Bryan) and loved them as well!

Kelli and her team were helpful months, weeks, days and hours leading up to the wedding, as well as, during the whole day to insure everything was perfect! This beautiful venue has so much to offer and really took the stress of planning away. Kelli has done an amazing jobs giving brides so many options right there at the venue so you don’t have to hire out and worry about another vendor.
