They have been robbing me of a day Everytime I pay.pay for three nights at a time on the last night of my previous three.over two weeks with no clean sheets or towels. Cock roaches were sprayed when I complained. People fighting in the halls at all hours.these people don't speak proper English. Most of us that stay here can't afford a luxury hotel. They need to go back where they came from and rip off their own people. Oh wait, that would never be allowed there.no stars if I could.

I have no Issue with the location at all. It seems like they make up the prices whenever they want to. The whole Complex smelled of cigarette smoke, and it seems like they took down all the smoke detectors and all the rooms so people can still smoke. No water pressure. Everybody screaming all the way until the middle of the morning. I do not recommend this place ever. Lot of people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. It’s a pimp hotel.

Horrible service not even proper English. Rude. Lear how to speak proper English thank you if I could give 0 stars I would. Plus no proper English Arab accent and they talk to you like if they the owners. First learn the proper English accent and then be rude. Don’t mumbled the English words. Don’t go here they don’t talk proper english. And the be acting like they owned the place. With the accent please.

A lovely location, but Very unpleasant experience. The first night in room #16 the room was very dusty and the floor was dirty. I had to call and ask for a broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean the floor. Every day after that for 7 days I did all the housekeepers work since the housekeeper never came to the unit. The sheets when requested majority of them were stained. Even the mattress cover was already stained from the first night. When I requested a changed one, I was told that was the only one they had and it did all 7 days with its stain.

The vacuum cleaner had an awful dog scent in it, even when I emptied the dog hairs and garbage in it, it kept the stink.

I previously said I would not review this place due to this awful experience, but, I do not know how many other people of colour may experience this same awful situation and would need to beware.

Rudest people I've ever met and too cheap to pay someone to man the front desk at night. I paid for a week there and they tried to swindle me out of a night and they don't want to give receipts. Hope to God you don't need help after nine, they'll bite your head off. The shower curtain was yellow and smelled disgusting, there was a hole in the wall, barely any outlets in the room and you can tell they need to do some major updating because the outlets that were there were very loose. The water was cloudy so don't try drinking it. Their ice machine is one you reach into and some of the ice had black particles in it. Maybe mold? They don't care if the guests scream in their rooms or slams
doors and trust me they won't take noise complaints seriously. They have cameras everywhere BUT the parking lot. If you're lucky enough to catch the owner and his wife at the front desk they'll likely be on their phones and be severely annoyed if you need ANYTHING. There's a reason this place has a sign that says no refunds under any conditions. They don't care.

It's like walking in A ROOM FROM 1995 . NOT TO MENTION HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THE OWNERS ARE 🤬🤬 JUST THAT IS REASON ENOUGH NOT TO STAY. WHEN YOU CALL TO CHECK FOR VACANCY AND OPT. TO SPEAK TO THE front desk, they ANSWER rudely and say YEAH ⁉️😳Or WHAT IS IT ⁉️⁉️😵 like your interrupting their movie. Yes there ROOMs are $75 but don't try and pay with a card unless you don't mind being belittled for not carrying CASH .🤬🤬🤬🤬
Bottom line ONLY STAY THERE IF THERE IS NO OTHER ROOMS OR TOO MUCH STUFF IN YOUR CAR ‼️💯

I did not pay for a room here, I just called to ASK for their availability because there is nothing on google and I spoke to a gentlemen who told me to call back the DAY I would need to come in to CHECK for availability, how does that even make sense? I need a room for the 24th and he said "call back then and ask me" how unprofessional.
