Worst place ever. To noisy, people cooking in their room, it is a dump. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Furniture needs replacement, actually the whole place needs to be torn down. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Really a disappointment after traveling all day and can't get any rest because of noise. Guy outside our door is meowing like a cat.

I don't understand how this place has 3.5 stars. The walls were dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't close because it had been glued together and then wallpapered. The floor of the shower was black with grime.8 The service was good and the employees were nice. One of the bottom 3 hotels I have ever stayed in.

Regarding an RV stay. I’s not the ritz but it has its pluses. Good area to get out and walk the dog, convenient for a bunch of retail services, pleasant owner and the showers are included no extra charge. It’s the middle of Anchorage but seriously, they make an effort to provide a decent place to hook up your rig. Solid electricity, water and sewer. We’d stop again when needing hook ups.

It's not bad for the price. People are clearly smoking in their rooms. It smells of fresh cigarettes every few minutes.
I let the staff know and was informed it's against the rules but their is nothing they can do about it. I travel with kids and this alone will stop me from ever staying here again.
Location is not great either. If you can stay somewhere else I recommend you do just that.
Cigarette burns in all the blankets. The microwave doesn't work if anything else nearby is plugged in. Broken light fixtures and windows that don't open.
The bathroom is so dirty that I refused to shower there during my stay and instead used my gym membership to do so.
It's pet friendly and on the highway but I will never stay here again.

It's honestly disgusting. Literally. I had to come home from Las Vegas visiting family in Alaska with my wife and 4 kids. It's dangerous outside for my kids, heard a women crying late at night sounded like she was getting beaten. Junkies and Staff were smoking close to my window and making loud noise. What's even worse, there was a lady who was sleeping was named with the door open. I will not be staying here every again. The woman was mean after we overslept cause of the noise and blamed us. Don't waste money on this hotel.

He, at the front desk for RV park tried to cheat me for extra two nights stay!! When we arrived to register, he asked: “how many night” and my reply was 1 night. So he charged me for one night. All this is standard for RV booking. Next morning, we left. Then 3 days later I noticed he charged me for 2 additional nights. After I called him, his reply was:”you did not let us know when you left the next morning”. No other RV park requires you to check out the next morning. If you registered for one night, we are charged for 1 night. Besides, the park is right next to a major Hwy , Northernstar Hwy in Anchorage, very noisy all night. The dishonesty of the staff was the worst experience I had for my extended RV life

The WORST place we've ever stayed. Would not have stayed there if it weren't late and unfamiliar with the area.

It felt like a half-way house with long-term residents. At the front door was a trio smoking and conversing using questionable language. Wife chose to stay in the car as she felt unsafe.

No elevator and step stairs. No smoking signs everywhere but it REEKED of cigarettes. The following evening we had to rinse the cigarette smell out our pajamas. We were also concerned about bed-bugs, which thankfully didn't appear. Room was not clean or maintained. This place doesn't need renovating, it needs to be demolished!

Originally we had reserved two nights during different weeks. Even though we emailed to cancel our second night within their posted timeframe, they charged us anyway.

Do not believe the pictures. Do not stay at this place!

I am a travel nurse. Booked thu expedia. I ended up canceling within 24 hours. This was in may. Then in July they charge me almost a 1000$ refused a refund. Stated they don't do refunds yet the room was rented so they made a profit on me. But I'm fighting back. I've gone to my bank. I am filing a complant with the attorney General office and the fair consumers agency. I drove by during my Stat in Alaska. Homeless people strung out on drugs in the parking lot. It just looked like a low life cheep place. Then I read the reviews. They are not good. If I have to I will take them to Court how dishonest of them to do this. I'm not giving up till I get my money back. This place needs a good inspection and hopefully shut down
