Nice park. Well tended and in a reasonably quiet place. Sites have concrete pads and utilities are convenient. Two annoying things, though. Storm water is not well managed, resulting in huge unavoidable puddles between the rv and the car when it rains, and the lawnmower people like to push the picnic table into the patio furniture. Not a huge deal, but the furniture gets a little beat up.

We love the friendly people and how well kept this RV resort is but it is so convenient to everything - OWA, the outlet mall. Lamberts, Wolfbay and mini golf. Instead of the hassle and craziness of Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. You have lots of choices staying here! We love it!!!

Very clean. Sites are level. Stayed here during a tournament at OWA so it was perfect to run back to camper between games. Pool was nice. Bathroom was clean as well. Check out site photos on Site to See channel on YouTube.

This was a last booking and we were approved when we were not supposed to be.!!! We have a new large POPUP camper and the HOA at this campground DOES NOT accept Popups. I emailed and got permission from the booking sight Airbnb and Hosteeva. We booked and paid and headed out with our family for a good weekend. We pulled up Friday evening and were told by a certain HOA member that we would not be allowed to stay. I had never felt so judged in my life and at a bougie campground. After about an hour........the host, other residents and another owner made it right for us and we ended up with a nicer lot and enjoyed our stay there very much. Amenities are new and everything is extremely well kept. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Very large lot sizes with concrete pads and manicured lawns. Great place for kids. I would highly recommend this place if you own a particular RV by age and description. One day we may be back when we get our college kids off the payroll and we upgrade our camper. This is our introduction to camping and our 2nd camping trip. Thanks to every HOA member that helped us and had our back. I will recommend this place to others but I will tell my story because I believe every situation is different and should be looked at on an individual basis and not because someones RV is not as fancy as the others. Never judge a book by it cover. Thanks again to everyone you guys have a really nice place to stay.

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it. Greeted when we arrived by the host and was taken to our lot. He helped my husband back in our rig on our site. Appreciated the level cement pad. Laundry, restrooms and pool were spotless. Thanks for a great stay!

We stumbled upon this gem while visiting OWA - the new amusement park/entertainment center in Foley, Alabama. The park is right across the street from OWA and right down the road from the Tanger Outlet stores. Not to mention it’s only a few miles from the beautiful south Alabama gulf coast beaches! The park is only a year old. It has 61 sites. The sites each have a 40 x 80 concrete slab - plenty of room for a big rig and an extra vehicle or two. They are all full hook ups with 30 or 50 amps. There is plenty of room in between sites; you’re definitely not on top of your neighbor here! There’s a clubhouse, laundry, restrooms with showers, fishing pond, pool, dog park, and play ground. The WiFi is fantastic - there’s a repeater on every other site!! There is free cable also and as an added bonus, the water pressure is great. The sites are all privately owned and rented through a website called Hosteeva. We spoke to some of the owners while we were there and they were so helpful and friendly. We were even invited to a cook out at the clubhouse! There is no on-site management at the park, but there’s a couple who act as the resort hosts; Tom and Tina were very nice and answered any questions we had. We have been to a lot of parks in our travels and we have never been made to feel so welcomed as we did at Creekside. We are even considering buying a lot here and settling down for awhile. This is a great park in a fantastic location. We highly recommend it! By the way, we stayed in lot 27 which was great because it’s east facing so it gets the morning sun but by the time the hot afternoon sun hits, it’s at your back. Plus the owners had left a nice table and chairs and umbrella there for us to use.

Beware of Hosteeva the booking company. Etta (the women I finally spoke to at 8:30 am in the morning when I left a message asking them them to call around 10am because we got in so late), she was very rude saying she had called multiple times and had sent emails for link to pay by. I told her we hadn't recieved anything at all and had been trying to get hold of someone to see why we hadn't gotten any link and to tell them once again that we'd been tryingto get hold of them for days to even book a site and when we did he wouldn't take payment over the phone where everywhere else we've stayed at had no problem doing it. She basically insinuated that I was a liar. We're RV dealers and we've been everywhere and booked by phone with no problems ever. These people don't answer their phones and when they do they don't handle business as it should be done. They have multiple phone numbers which is weird. I would be changing to another company to handle my lot if I were having them handle my bookings that's for sure. It's a really nice place and our stay was wonderful except for dealing with them. That's why I have given a low star rating. Very sad.

I was fortunate enough to set one of my rental campers up in creekside again. The park is absolutely beautiful! Each site has a very large pad. This makes setting up easy. I highly recommend staying here.
