Very much enjoying our spa so far after a number of months. The staff at the Concord Creative Energy showroom made the process of purchasing the spa and its operation and maintenance hassle and stress-free. I very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, which included providing sales information, site inspection, and the actual installation. Special shout out to Michelle, who provided just the right amount of information without the pressure that convinced me to make the purchase. She continues to furnish all sorts of helpful information and remains supportive months after the purchase.

I hate to give Creative Energy an overall combined rating because their wood-burning stove installer, Alfred, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I rate him a 5/5.
I rate the billing auditor(manager) 0/5 because she attempted to change the final sales order contract. AFTER our wood-burning stove was INSTALLED, I received a call from Creative Energy stating that we owed an additional $442.03 on the stove. They said that salesman charged us for discontinued model and that we received a newer stove instead. The company wanted us to pay for their mistake! Knowing our consumer rights and what was written in the CONTRACT, we refused to pay additional money and filed complaints with the California Contractors State License Board and the Consumer Protection Civil Unit under the Contra Costa district attorney’s office. THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED IN A FAIR AND SATISFACTORY MANNER. We're happy with our purchase. We hope, in the future, that Creative Energy will improve on their billing process thereby saving others from stress and aggravation.

Creative Energy is a wonderful company to do business with. I have worked with them over many years. They deliver the highest quality service to their customers. They are professional, helpful and friendly towards their customers. Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was completed satisfied with my service. He completely exceeded my expectations as a customer. I felt that he really cared about the service he was providing me. Creative Energy demonstrates and represents outstanding customer service!!

We just had a great experience with Creative Energy. They have an expansive showroom with several models in Concord and even let us try out some in the back. Once we put down the deposit, John came to the house and recommended we build our base with gravel instead of concrete since concrete is now so expensive. He also figured out how to configure the cover opening so we could put the spa right outside our master. He recommended an electrician who came out right away, ran the 220 and connected the spa when it arrived and made sure it was working. We so love our new spa!

Creative Energy carries the superior Hot Springs Spas. We chose the Beam model and were lucky enough to have Casey as our customer service rep. The pricing was excellent, Casey provided excellent contractor contact info for both an electrician and landscaper who helped pour a concrete slab. The day the tub arrived the electrician came by to hook up the tub that day. Casey came out to the house to walk us through set up and continued maintenance. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Highly recommended.
