Every ice cream season I go th this Creamery and I am always greeted with friendly smiles, great service and, of course, a delicious ice cream treat and or a sandwich!

I'm truly baffled at the level of incompetence that I witnessed tonight. I ordered the strawberry shortcake sundae after realizing they no longer carried Rainbow Cone. It looked NOTHING like the picture....it was a mound of vanilla with a few strawberries. I was expecting an actual sundae, at least comparable to what was advertised. I decided to take it back and give them another shot. This time they gave me THE SAME EXACT THING, minus the nuts, that I had to ask for....there was no strawberry drizzle and only a tiny piece of the shortcake crammed under the even fewer strawberries. I'm not sure how, even with 5 employees working (on a Tuesday night, mind you), it still took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and they messed up the order TWICE!!.....I just feel bad for the poor girl that was working her behind off, legitimately BABYSITTING these "employees". Needless to say, I should have just gone to Rainbow Cone, like I wanted to in the first place.

Hands down, the best ice cream spot in the entire area! The crunch sprinkles are absolutely top-tier—no one else comes close. You won’t find anything like them anywhere else.

Really great selection of ice cream. Our favorites are the upside-down banana split, sundaes, and malts. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They handle large crowds quite well. Try it you will like it!

The creamery has fantastic ice cream! Their ice cream is rich, creamy, and flavorful! They have the best cookie dough! Pair vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and brownie toppings and I will be in heaven! I highly recommend you grab yourself a scoop!

I ordered a gooey brownie blaster that came with 0 brownie bits. Unacceptable for a $7 ice cream. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Not the usual quality service the creamery provides. Not sure if the poor service is because it was Friday night or a limited time blaster, but will be a while before I come back

Pulled up at 1:55pm to order a milk shake with my daughter. The cashier said they open at 2. Literally 5 mins before opening and the employees weren’t doing anything. I asked if it was that serious she said “yes” I said “ok”. I’m sure the owner doesn’t know this happens , shouldn’t make a big deal over 5 mins

The ice cream was ok but in my opinion how you serve food can affect how it tastes to you. As I ordered with one young lady another young lady was handing the items out the window not giving me the option or opportunity to change my mind and I had not paid for the items yet. I felt a little rushed and I didn’t feel welcomed. With the last three items ordered the young lady just sat the order in the window and walked away. If we was not paying attention it would have been sitting there wasting away. The item my daughter ordered all wrong. So because we couldn’t see our items being made we opt to not complain and kept what was given. The vibe was ice cold, rushed, and unwelcoming. No worries we won’t be returning.
