Cracker Barrel offers a laid-back atmosphere with home style southern comfort food. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is always fast and efficient.
I love everything I've tried at Cracker Barrell.
I miss them serving fried chicken livers.
The dumplings are my favorite.
Breakfast is available all day.
I love the gift shop. It's full of unique finds, nostalgic candies, trinkets, toys, seasonal decor, and so much more.
The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and well maintained.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good at customer service and were very professional and knowledgeable. The food was GREAT extremely tasty and a great temperature when it was brought to the table. My only complaint about my entire experience is that the size of each portion of my food order was really really small.

I had lunch at the Cracker Barrel . The food was very good and our server was friendly and efficient. Although the wait time for our food was a little long. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit.

Every visit is always 5 stars and no complaints!! The only thing I can say is that our Cracker Barrel in Florence, Alabama has stopped bringing biscuits to the table with our breakfast!! We now have to ask for them!! I am sure it is a cost saving procedure since some people leaves them sitting on the table, never touching or eating them!! That is a lot of waste, but the customer is paying for them and should not be costing Cracker Barrel anything!! Most people wants biscuits or toast with their meal!! Not sure if we are being charged extra for the biscuits when having to ask for them!! Have not checked our bill to see if we are charged extra on the ticket!! But always excellent food!! Jim Turner

Came with a party of 25 in Florence, AL. The server was nice and efficient. However, the restaurant took forever to get food as the server kept coming out because the kitchen ran out of almost everything on the menu. When most of my party finally did get our food it was cold and underseasoned.

Feel like a little rush! as soon as we sit down specifically with kids my waitress wondered if we ready to order or need a minute, after a few minutes she came back I just khown what's the girls want so I told her just give me a few more minutes she was disappeared a little bit while. With our order she forgot our biscuits! ?.

Waited over an hour in my car for a to go meal that was pre ordered and was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I had to call multiple times before they ever ran our food out. The person bringing the food couldn't be bothered to apologize for our wait or even smile. Customer service at its finest. They need to work on their procedures and training.

Ordered an online pick up and it was ready on time and was hot. However, I ordered chocolate cake and it was not fresh and moist. The outside was so hard I could not cut it with plastic silverware.
