DISCRIMINATION. My mother went in and asked for a massage and they looked her up and down and turned her away. I went in to see if they would say yes to me (since I am younger and more “put together”). They said they could take me immediately. They really pick and choose here.

Not a relaxing environment. One of the employees children was laying around the client chairs with his phone up loud watching a violent show. The two women working were talking loudly across both clients while providing services. Will never go back, waste of money. AND she entered a $10 tip when I specifically said lower - her response is it us customary. Will be taking this up with my bank.

First time using this place for a massage. The lady who greeted me was the one who set me up for the massage. she was doing both reception work and doing my massage at the same time which was quite annoying. The massage was very rough it hurt more than I was able to enjoy. I set my timer for an hour because I paid for a 1-hour massage and it was over in 50 minutes. There was also children there that were playing it seems like they were the receptionist children they were playing video games and you can hear the video game as well as they were running up and down. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again.
