The event was amazing, we had a great time but for the money spent I know everything won’t come out perfect but I expected at least people to be on time and thing to get handled quickly it was really slow service. The DJ and bartender were great with great attitudes but the rest of the staff looked unhappy and miserable every time we asked for something from the one in charge she was busy and I felt like she was overwhelmed because she is left alone to be in charge of 200 plus people makes no sense they need more help so they can make the experience 100. I didn’t like they had strangers come in the beginning of the party and were showing them around it was weird to do on the day of ones event plus nothing was stocked in the restrooms we had to ask them multiple times and the dressing room was not cleaned out as promised it was being done while we were there waiting I told my guest Porto’s would be there at 4 like planned but it wasn’t set up till almost 40 min later overall it was beautiful just need better communication and help. I really like the jumper for the kids and the dance floor is amazing but for the price they need to step their service up.

My husband and I recently had our wedding celebration at the bigger venue and it was so beautiful and amazing. Drew was so helpful and made our vision come true. One of the biggest reasons we decided on this venue was because they take care of it all! From the food to the decorations, they handle everything. It made planning so much easier than to have to contract multiple venders. All of our guests had an amazing time and till now keep mentioning how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend this venue, and If Drew is the one helping you, even better!!

Attended a quinceanera. The site was in a location I normally don't go to. But I was presently surprised with the professional and courteous treatment of the business staff. I will recommend to anyone in the future.

My niece enjoyed her 15 yesterday. The DJ was awesome and the lady in charge of the event was nice. Her helper not so much. She looked miserable. For the price my sister paid we expected more. The photo booth dispensed pictures to the floor, quality of picturs was poor/blurry, portos was over 30 minutes late, bar tender was late, security was late, the centerpieces were not what my niece asked for (every other table had a white tree she didn't ask for), the flowers were white and purple instead of yellow and purple, a couple was scheduled to view the hall during our event (WTH), and they still charged for 2 extra tables. It's all $$ for them and not customer centered.

We were very happy with Coutre Events. We originally were going to do our daughters quince there . Then covid hit party was delayed because of it. Rebecca was very understanding & we were able to have a 18 & Graduation Instead . We decided to have it at home & we were very happy with the way everything came out from the decorations food to the cake & dessert !!! The staff was very professional . A special thanks to Rebecca for working with us on transfering our deposit even if we didn’t use her beautiful venue. Thank you again & I would recommend them for any special event. I will definitely use Coutre Events in the future.

It was total down hill in small hall, Food wasn’t so great ( one of the dishes gone bad). The Dj arrived late to the party was promised to be on time. Communication between staff members was a bust for organizing the party and during . Also bathrooms were not their best, no trash bag in womens restroom to throw away wastes just a bin itself. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
