The place was on the higher side of class. I definitely loved the room.
Dog friendly so that was the first for me to bring my furry family 😂
They have a closed off doggy run(grass) area for the to poop 💩 located towards the back, got the backdoor on the 1st floor or ask for help to locate.
Went to this location due to ratings which didn't let me down(dog friendly).
Enjoyed the scenery but didn't get to enjoy too much of the amenities but would have if I didn't have friends and family to visit this time. Breakfast looked good which is complimentary as well as dinner which is impressive.
They do have a workout location and an area to refill your water bottle. Also have ice machines which a lot of hotels don't have regularly.
Staff was super friendly 😁 enjoyed the young lady that helped me check in that evening. Super friendly, polite and respectful.
Would definitely recommend to others. The price for animals to stay is quite high but it was worth it for the night.

Door wouldn’t lock and there were stains everywhere.

Not up to Marriott’s standards.

I hope the owner and/or general manager reads this and really goes to fix these things. The room 201 was filthy. There was a big stain in the middle of the room, a stain all over the sofa bed, and no headboard on the bed either. It felt like the owners and the cleaning staff just gave up 10 years ago.

Then they moved us to 101 and there was still no headboard, and we discovered that the patio door did not lock and this was the first floor.

Didn’t lock! How dangerous.

Jackie at the front desk was amazing . She was great. She listened to us, even brought us a key to our room and apologized. She’s a great employee. Was very empathetic and apologetic.

Lobby is great! Well designed.

Breakfast isn’t free either. Very odd.

Overall, as a business owner, I feel sad to leave a negative review, but I deemed this to be necessary so that the owner and the general manager actually read this and take action.

You can check my account, I rarely give bad reviews. This is sadly just one of them.

Our room was advertised for 4 people. It was a king suite with a fold out bed from the couch. If you're counting on using the pull out bed from the couch it's going to be a huge disappointment. We travel a lot and the pull out beds are usually about between a Full sized bed or queen. This one is about a twin size if not smaller. Also the extra bedding and pillows that are usually stored in the closet or armoire are not present in the room and you need to aquire them from the front desk unless you have them bring them up. We ended up switching to another room with 2 king beds so that we had enough beds for our family. We had to give up adult privacy since there wasn't another room with more beds and a private suite available for the moment. The front desk clerks are superb. Honestly we only stayed at the hotel because Jackie at the front desk was super nice, professional and genuinely expressed caring about our satisfaction with our stay. I truly hope management appreciates her being part of their team because she is definitely a gem and deserves a raise or promotion. I felt really bad that she is all alone at the front desk left to deal with taking things to guest rooms if needed ontop of checking people in and dealing with basically all guest concerns. Keep up the great work Jackie. This hotel is nice but definitely misleading on the space allotments. We will probably book at the hotel next to them in the future which is also theirs but has a lot more room and has full kitchens for not much of a price difference.

This hotel is great. The staff was very friendly any time I interacted with them. Upon check in we didn't have any linen for the sofa bed and I went downstairs to retrieve it. They gave it to me quickly and they even brought more towels up to the room within 5 minutes. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the Galleria mall, Costco, IHOP and many more places. I would book here again!

thank you Jason for excellent service. the hotel is very clean, rooms are a bit on the dated side, but have been partially renovated so they're fine enough. area is quiet, location is convenient to a lot of shops and eateries and things. food menu at lobby bar/restaurant is simple, but fast and tasty. a very solid hotel for a short business trip to Roseville.

Had a very nice entry to my hotel by Shein (front desk) yesterday. She is the model of how anyone (and everyone) should be greeted. The hotel is clean and the staff engaging. It also very close to Roseville Galleria Mall. Only suggestion to make, try and stay on the non-freeway side of the hotel. It is not too loud and the windows are good, but any non-noise is a good thing. Again, thanks Shein!!

Positive: "" Negative: Did not live up to what I saw online. I could not get the room heater to change from too hot to what felt like A/C coming on, back and forth all night! I tried to contact someone at the front desk to help, but no answer back.

The description was not accurate. We chose this hotel based on the keys features offered like a pool, breakfast included, free Parking but we're not offered. We had to use the neighboring pool which was freezing. Breakfast was for purchase theough Starbucks. Parking was $12.
