This is basically a brand new hotel. Awesome, clean rooms. Smells new with nice furniture. If all you want to do is sleep then it’s perfect. But if you want to eat or drink, don’t bother. They are so slow they can’t afford to keep the restaurant open. I checked in a little after 8 and the bar/restaurant was already closed! I saw the guy running it cashing out his register. He wouldn’t even look up at me so I said excuse me, “Are you closed?” He said it was too slow to justify keeping it open and went back to what he was doing, ignoring me.

I want to follow up after reviewing when I was still cranky and hungry. Ryan, the manager, contacted me and was very apologetic. I believed his sincerity and earnestness in ensuring my that they value every customer. I've changed my opinion and would defiitely stay here again. Other than that unique encounter they have always been very welcoming and eager to please.

Had an event at this hotel. And everyone was amazing. Sandra, Chris, Ricky, Ryan, Kai, Nicole and Mike were exceptional. They have an amazing team of people at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for their meeting needs.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I slept so comfortably the first night, when I woke up, I didn’t remember where I was; but I also I didn’t remember WHO I was! The room was spotless and delightfully beautiful. There were a hundred tiny conveniences, thoughtful little details, that added together to equal luxury. For example, there was a recess in the far end of the shower wall to store the bathmat, where it stayed nice and dry and didn’t have to lie sprawled messily all over the floor between uses. A reading light glowed down onto the bed, above the headboard, and had an on/off button within easy reach from either side. The climate control was on point. A comfy ottoman stood in front of the sofa, to put your feet up while watching TV. So many nice touches! I stayed during graduation/move-out weekend for UA, the time when local hotels are the most crowded, and still my room was peacefully quiet. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and efficient. My whole stay was almost too good to be true.

As a frequent visitor of hotels, I can say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Sandra and Amy at the front desk took great care of me during the check-in process and throughout my stay. Chris and Ken in food and beverage kept me well fed and introduced me to the local beers. I also came down at one point in the middle of the night for water and was promptly greeted and served by Rayna the night auditor. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

This is the best and brightest hotel. Staff is amazing. I remember Nicole, Chris, and Kai. (Im nkt 100% on spelling the names) All great staff. The other staff was fantastic but I didn't have the pleasure of meeting them. I felt comfortable, welcome, and safe. Thanks.
