The room was clean and a comfortable size. The heater/AC unit worked well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Appreciated the Noon check-out time. Best experience was the convenient airport shuttle service and the Chicago-local driver who took the time to be our concierge. A simple “Do Not Disturb” placard would have helped. The price is reasonable, close to O’Hare, and we will stay there again.

Rooms are so old and small and falling apart. Half the hotel is under construction we apparently got a room that has not yet been remodeled. After driving for 2 days and moving all I wanted was a good shower this hotel failed miserably. The water pressure is similar to a light drizzle and it decided to turn scalding hot as soon as my face was under the trickle. I’m too exhausted to change rooms or hotels but this has been a huge disappointment because generally you can trust a courtyard to be decent. Honestly the only reason I picked this hotel was because the parking fee was like $10 cheaper than others in the same place. I’d definitely pay more for parking now that I know better. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 was due to Samantha at the front desk, she was great.

The website I used stated the room could accommodate five people which it could not. I bought the upgrade to include parking and breakfast. The hotel indicated that they did not have a record of breakfast with my stay. After spending forty-five minutes with customer service, I was told that I would receive four free breakfasts. When I went to the front desk, I was told that they had two free breakfasts for the room. There are better options, which don't look as shabby, for the same price in the area. Choose any other option.

Great place to stay as we needed to catch an early flight out of o'hare. It has a gated parking lot, which makes me feel good leaving my vehicle there. However, that also made it harder to find the place because I drove by twice, not knowing that it was a gated hotel entrance

What an abomination of a property. Old, dirty, rude, just gross. No signage. Apparently it’s under construction but they don’t tell you that. Good luck finding it. Then the staff could not care less. So rude. Ugh. I’m going to check out early and eat the rental fee just to get out of here. I travel 200+ days a year and this is the worst place I’ve stayed at in ten years.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s under construction. They don’t tell you that. There’s no sign for the front door. There’s no sign for the entrance. The staff are rude as can be and don’t give a care. What a disaster. Just plain rude and it smells bad and they could clearly don’t give any cares about their guests. I’m saying that nicely.

Enjoyed the location and all the amenities at the hotel. It was nice to find out it was next to the Rivers Casino. The staff was wonderful.
