Positive: thin walls, got treated like a second class citizen once more profitable guests showed up, hotel was completely full of kids ton of noise. unbearable , my bathub was gross had to wear flip flops in the shower Negative: the manager discriminates guests based on how important "profitable" they are, i felt like cinderella the last few days.

Very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and did not hear anyone else. Staff were approachable and professional. Location is perfect - close to family and close to a breakfast restaurant we love.

It was just unsanitary. Rooms were dirty with dirty couch dirty Lenin’s a bug in carpet. Spills in door cracks and on some walls that never cleaned.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I like Courtyard and stay at this hotel chain whenever I can. However, this place is old and run down. Other Courtyards I have been to feels modern and clean. When we were there it rained and water seeped through the window into our room. The carpet was also dirty and the bathroom had chaulking all around the bath tube. There was mold under the chaulking too. There are other hotels nearby too if you need to stay close to this location.

Clean, quiet rooms, but almost no amenities. No clock in the room and no coffee available and the bar was never open.

Positive: Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was big and clean enough. Tv had streaming services. Negative: No free breakfast. Room rug seem wet. Fridge was small and didn?t seem like was cooling.

Hotel is okay. Nothing particular upscale about it. The rooms are fairly dated and the hotel overall atmosphere is general. I have been to much better courtyards. However, being the location, it fits the overall look and feel. The staff here is very attentive and extremely nice. They also have a shuttle bus that can take you to nearby restaurants!
