Great hotel and very clean too!
The highlight of my stay was absolutely the bistro ! Mark who supervises the bistro is an amazing person with amazing service . Great food , great drinks and great conversation from him . I will definitely go back to this hotel because of Mark! Amazing human being .

Positive: The hotel is near our family?s home. Some improvements have been made. Negative: The hotel was disappointing. Trash remained in the halls throughout our stay & parking required an additional fee despite the hotel being empty. While some updates have been made there were large cracks in the bathroom tile. The walls are super thin.

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 rooms) nothing really special about it
Lobby was nice and had an overpriced Starbucks
Rooms were fine - no nonsense, older furniture and SUPER tall beds. Looks like they started to update at some point but never finished - like the couch in my room looked newer, but the bedside tables looked original to whenever the hotel was built.

A couple things irked me. I understand that most places are short staffed but
1) we were told that didn't have housekeeping services because of them being short staffed - which I thought was interesting since we were staying 3 days and I wasn't able to get fresh towels? But we were ok with it since we being our own bedding/pillows. But every morning I put my used towels outside my door for pick up and every evening I would wait in line at the front desk to ask for fresh towels.
2) in my kid's room (remember NO housekeeping services) we brought our own bedding and pillows and places the hotel blankets on the floor. One night when we got back to the room - the housekeeper had put the "floor" bedding back on the bed - folded our bedding and put our pillows on top the hotel bedspread AND removed the clothes that were on the bed and put them on the hotel chair!!! Now there is a certain "paranoia" about hotel rooms, which is why we brought our own bedding! Well that was tossed out the window with "floor" bedding being intermixed with our own stuff - ugh!

Nice out of the main location, but still located well.
Prices are reasonable.

The restaurant being closed on the weekend was annoying and not mentioned on their website. Breakfast hours are a convenient 0630 to 0900.

Staff was friendly and the whole place was so clean. Love the Bistro and everyone throughout our 4 day stay were so helpful and courteous.

.. when you're driving the whole day to get to your destination and ends up standing at the front desk got someone to come help you.. 15 minutes later and I'm still standing here waiting for someone to assist with my check in! No sign on the counter to at least tw
tell people where they're at or when somebody will be back to assist customers! Customer at the bar notices me and told me he had to wait too. Really bad customer service.

After an initial very negative check-in experience with a new employee, my anguish was assuaged by the wonderful co-worker Karen and property manager Odell. Our third floor room was immaculate and beds were super-comfortable. Please defrost the freezer portion of the refrigerator. You may want to consider leaving all room refrigerators unplugged, clean and open, with directions for guests to plug them in only if they want to use them. The hard-working housekeeper was so nice. No swimming pool, but the fitness center is very well stocked.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel and I feel compelled to share it to warn others.

First, the shower had black mold, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, tiles were falling off the walls, making the bathroom feel unsafe and unclean.

I was also shocked to find out that I was charged for parking each night of my stay without any prior notice. This hidden fee added up quickly and left a sour taste in my mouth.

The bedding gave me a skin rash, which was incredibly uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, there was a bad smell permeating both the room and the hallways, making my entire stay unpleasant.

To top it off, the customer service at the front counter was terrible. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in checking me in or addressing my concerns.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I will never stay at a Marriott hotel ever again.
