Very comfortable rooms, fireplace in the lobby/lounge area, good food available. I also really liked the location: 10 min from O'Hare, grocery store and restaurants nearby.|Chose this property because it's one of the VERY few near O'Hare that offer 2 queen beds per room and that was our key need.|Drawbacks: except for the water we received at check-in, nothing comes with the rooms: no coffee in the lobby, no continental breakfast. You can buy both of these as well as cocktails at the bar in the lobby, but nothing comes with. |The price was appropriate for these omissions, but I think I would pay an extra 10-15/room to have them.

The room was awful walls had stains the bed is a concrete joke and the pillows don't exist they look okay but when you lay on them they deflate to about 2 inches it seems. Most of the staff was nice and accommodating but the person who checked me in was rude. Every other employee was great and very nice.the food comes out the kitchen hot and fast and has good taste.

Hotel is still in original form of Courtyards, hasn't received any modern renovations. For the age, the property is in good condition though and clean. But rooms and common spaces are all in need of renovations. We paid $100 for the night on a Sunday and we wouldn't pay much more for the state in which the property is in. With some work would be a fabulous hotel in a great location!

Friendly lady in reception checked us in. Room looked out on to the garden with the indoor swimming pool opposite. There was no hairdrier in the room and I asked the lady in reception if one could be supplied. This was done very promptly, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable, a bit on the shabby side but overall clean. Good night's sleep was had. Breakfast was available in the hotel lobby, which was a bit noisy but okay. The staff at the breakfast bar were very nice and friendly. We had a look at the indoor pool which was nice - a bit on the chilly side but plenty of towels and beds available. I would stay here again if no other option was available. The hotel is located on a very busy road but the rooms are situated at the back of the hotel , so we did not find the noise level to be an issue

Needs to be updated beds are uncomfortable, the bistro food is not great but edible, workout equipment needs updated. Some of hallway carpets are raised so walking can be challenging

Solo traveler just for one night.||As previous reviews state the hotel is dated and a bit worn but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It’s very clean and the staff was friendly. There is ample free parking.||Inner rooms have either a patio or deck. I could see enjoying this in winter.

The grounds were well maintained. Plenty of parking. The location was close to everything we needed. The check-in guy was warm, happy, and very welcoming. It seemed like he actually enjoyed his job, which seems rare nowadays. We had options as to where our room was, which was great. The room itself was clean and classy and comfortable. Very much enjoyed the patio. The bed and couch were very comfortable. I felt valued as a customer. Which seems to also be rare, unfortunately. The courtyard was pretty to look at. Pretty flowers! They had a bar and places to sit to drink, eat, and watch TV. There were meeting rooms and a fitness center. There was also a large pretty pool. Unfortunately, about half an hour into our check-in, my person's back injury (which was kinda hurting before we even got to the hotel) became unbearable. We had to check out early, as this was an er visit type of thing... It was so sad and painful to see someone in pain, of course. So we didn't get to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities and services that this great hotel had to offer. (They also had a little store thing where you could buy convenience store type stuff.) I hope that one day when we can afford it (er visits are expensive...) we can come back, injury free/healed, and enjoy the hotel. I was very sad to have to leave early. My person is still on the mend. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends, and everyone looking for exceptional service at a fair price. You won't regret it. ~ d&k

Very close to many things. Room was quiet that looked out on a beautiful courtyard. We got in late so the Bistro was perfect for a late supper.
