Nice people, clean, just have a hard time paying same price or more for a room as the Hampton Inn then pay another $10++ for breakfast AND $4 coffee then have to sit and wait for it to be cooked. If you need a bar then that's a plus for you. Workout room small.

We stay here all the time but I had a bad experience here this past time, we got a room on the 2nd floor and they are renovating the 3rd floor , so we thought we were goin to get to sleep in a little bit but we were woken up at 6 in the morning to pounding and bumping around in the room directly above us!! And it was a Sunday too!!! I guess we shouldve stayed at a different hotel! We won't be staying there for awhile

My go to hotel when in Casper. It’s currently going through renovation but haven’t had any issues with that personally. The staff is always friendly and rooms always clean.

As all hotel rooms, the rooms could always be cleaner. But it was fine for a standard hotel room, and the staff is very kind.

The pool and hot tub were fine and staff kept the towels well stocked.

We were most impressed with the noise proof windows. We didn’t hear a thing even though the hotel is situated right off the highway.

I love this hotel! Spacious rooms, nice pool and hot tub. The gym is nice as well. I love the lobby area. It's very cozy and in the back they have a outdoor patio with chairs.

I stayed here for a mini self care vacation. Checking in was great. The lady was amazing. Set the stay to be great. Then it was downhill after that. The rest of the staff was just ok. The lady at the bistro didn't seem enthused about being at work. Ordered a fruit and yogurt. Got no spoon but she had walked to the back. Went and asked the front desk if I could get a spoon. He seemed annoyed and looked at me as if I wasn't a guest. I did find a fork to use. Room was dirty in spots. Bed was great room looked nice but definitely some cleaning was missed. I emailed one of the managers but didn't hear back. Also only had 1 working elevator. Highlight was the pool. It was a perfect temperature.

Nicole and Favian were so patient with giving information and very friendly. Nicole at the bar was amazing! Thank you for a great birthday stay experience! Hot tub area was relaxing. Room was clean when we arrived. And they accommodated us having room next to our friend's.
