The food was not good, my set of knives, fork and napkin were dirty... Ketchup container looked as old as I am. No napkins on the table.

Although service was 10/10, the food could be better elsewhere. The list of the following is nitpick-y and personal preference:

Bacon was too thin, the French toast was unnecessarily thick, too many uncooked onions in their tators, tators weren’t even seasoned, and prices seemed to be a lot (but that’s just coming from a New Mexican perspective).

Clean. Comfortable padded seating. Our server was delightful and you can tell she loves her job.
I had the breakfast special: pancakes with cream cheese, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. Absolutely delicious!! And good coffee in a large mug. My husband had biscuits & gravy which he said was just “ok.” We will be back the next time we’re driving through.

Great place. We stopped on our way through. We had a large party and the only waitress on at the time was friendly and fast. The food was delicious. I only recommend that when apologizing to customers for not answering the phone, not to blame it on your large party and being the only person waiting tables within earshot of the large group 🙂

Good menu selection - I recommend for breakfast when in Susanville. The alacart selection was good and tasty. The breakfast burrito was crazy huge - easily enough to handle 2 hearty appetites. Not sure if the menu said that it is covered in sausage gravy, but that’s how it arrived. Service was great although furnishings could use a “refresh.”

This is the best breakfast place in town. We eat here all the time. Food is fresh and full of flavor. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating
