I have been staying here for business for the several months, and the Staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs each and every time. The rooms are clean, and spacious, felt secure at all times (even if the doors open outwards). The location is perfect, there a dining, shopping venues, and a Target if you need to pick up some last minute items you may have forgotten, all within walking distance. I will stay here for any upcoming business travel. :O) Thank you for a relaxing and stress free stay!

Thank you everything was wonderful! I wish I would have gotten in the jacuzzi but it was super cold and gloomy. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. I think the room suite we were in had a little bit of smoke smell from what my husband said, however, I didn’t smell it, but my mother in laws room had a nice fresh clean soap smell. I thought it was so convenient to be near Six flags and so many stores. The suite was modern and spacious. I felt safe there and I definitely recommend!

Hotel. Dirty sticky carpets in the room. No hot water for the entire stay. All equipment in workout room broken Breakfast was stale old and lacking. No night security. Dangerous and unsafe.

My car was stolen in the parking lot. This place is not safe for travelers and businesses clients should avoid at all cost. No internet and two police incidents including the stealing of my car.

They also charged me 3 times for this room. Over $900

I love this hotel the staff are great AJ is such a wonderful hard working employee great at what he does he does everything to accommodate the guest to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. He handle's pressure very well hes very polite, professional and should get recognized for his outstanding work. N given a raise . I come here becos the rooms Are nice the house keeps also do a great job and are great with my service dogs, Dante at the front desk is also very helpful definitely always rent here

Safety was a concern. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding nearby, the room was clean and that's all we really cared about. But on our last night we were woken up by someone knocking on our door at 1:30am. I looked through the peep hole and saw a young man in a grey hoodie who did not appear to be with the hotel staff. He was looking back and forth and knocked another 2 times. Dude was def trying to rob us. After we wouldn't answer he left out to the parking lot. The thing I did not like about this hotel was all the room doors are open to the parking lot so anyone can walk up to your room door. I called the front desk guy but by that point the man had already left and the guy said he did not know who that was. We had to leave at 2:30 for an early flight anyways so we started packing up. When we checked out we tried to go through the lobby, being nervous that there might be someone lurking around the property that wasn't supposed to be there. Our key cards would not work on the lobby door so I called the front desk. I asked him to let us in and said we wanted to leave via the front door for safety concerns, and he insisted we could just leave our key cards in our room and go out the side entrance. After some arguing he finally came and opened the door for us. The rooms were...okay. Not great. The TV did not work and was practically falling off the wall, and it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom and bed were clean. Honestly I did not mind the room, but I definitely did not feel safe at this hotel. I'm glad that incident happened on the last night or we would have left early and gone elsewhere.

Front desk guy is very patient and friendly nature as it is the night time i felt safe staying there he is so kind and Room was clean. There was cute little Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash bottles, comb, shower cap and other little essentials that were included in the room that I thought was very mindful. Me and my kids enjoyed Breakfast I didn't expect the dining area to big that big and so many varieties of food available and the staff was very kind

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. The room is very dated and dirty. All the furniture had huge chunks missing. Anything a foot up from the ground was covered in dirt and dust. The red sofa chair had visible lint and dirt all over it. The bathroom had water damage all over the wall and floor board with missing wood chunks and mold. The bathroom was visibility dirty so I ran to target to get clorox wipes and did a minor clean myself and if I hadn't been out the money for the room and if I could have got another room somewhere else without spending over $300 a night for it being last minute I would have left. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, luckily I always bring my own. The pool never had towels and I had to go ask for them both times I went with my kids. One of our 2 mornings they ran out of ALL breakfast other than 2 bagels and 3 pieces of bread. The lady said more eggs and bacon would be out in a minute and she'd change out the waffle mix. We, along with many other people, waited at least 10 minutes and never saw her, I finally gave up and ran and bought my kids breakfast elsewhere. I would never refer this place to anyone.
