Paul, the General Manager was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the staff was available, approachable, and helpful, even during late hours. It was nice to have a decent breakfast included. However they did run out of most food items prior to breakfast ending on Sunday morning. Overall great value!

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and found the interior to be nice and updated. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly.

The pool area was clean, nice, and spacious. The gym seemed well-designed and inviting. The breakfast options were decent, although I found the coffee to be a bit nasty.

I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. While the on-site laundry room is a convenient feature—especially since my children and I decided to extend our stay in Chicago after initially booking at the Comfort Inn in Tinley Park (which I do not recommend)—there were complications with its use. Specifically, someone had left their clothes in the washing machine for several hours, and the front desk staff were unable to identify the owner to address the situation. It seems that a more effective system could be implemented to prevent guests from inconveniencing others in this shared space.

In addition, we experienced a problem with the showers; ours did not have hot water available. Although maintenance was promptly called to check the issue, the hot water was still unavailable after their visit. We were offered the option to use another room for showering, but with four of us, relocating all of our belongings was impractical, so we managed with lukewarm showers.

Despite these challenges, I would consider staying at this hotel again. In the future, I would ensure that I do not require laundry services and would check the shower functionality before unpacking.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Country Inn & Suites in Tinley Park. After my stay, I realized I left several important items in my hotel room. I immediately contacted the staff, only to be told they had no record of my belongings.

Over the course of a week and a half, I called nearly 20 times, leaving messages and sending emails, but the manager never returned any of my inquiries. The lack of communication and professionalism was staggering. It felt like they were intentionally ignoring my requests for help.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. It feels like my belongings were not just misplaced but effectively stolen, as the staff showed no willingness to assist or even acknowledge my concerns. I strongly advise against staying here if you value good customer service and integrity.

Decided to give a 2 star review because the staff was very friendly. However, the hotels’ hallways were very loud. Kids were screaming and quiet hours are from 10pm and after. I had kids knocking and trying to open the door of my room. Also adults were screaming at their children. Among adults there were verbal arguments in the hallways and threatening each other. Police officers had to come in and the loudness still went on after they left. The noise kept on going until 3 am. It was not a well rest and unfortunately the reason why I chose this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub. There was no hot tub. Luckily my family and I had the chance to enjoy the pool to ourselves early before everyone arrived to the pool. Even though also food was all gone for breakfast staff refilled with what was possible and was able to serve myself my breakfast. I arrived 30 mins before breakfast was over and staff were very kind to refill with what was needed. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel because there is no peace and quiet. I believe the front desk staff should be responsible in reminding guests to stay quiet and keep the noise down. It had seem that there was a birthday party going next door and there was a lot of movement going on in the hallways. Most of all that I found unpleasant was the threatening happening out my door which made me feel unsafe to stay overnight. Also was scary to have my doorknob turn and door knocked on. I would not at all stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed at numerous, countless different hotels throughout my life, & this Country Inn and Suites is by far the nicest best hotel I’ve stayed in. Everyone is so friendly, they always have smiles on their faces. They are always ready to assist with anything you need!! From the front desk employees, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff and anyone else that is employed here. The manager is also there for anyone that needs additional accommodations! I feel that people will not stay working for a company that is not taking care of their employees. Obviously, the manager should be proud of his care for his Hotel, otherwise his employees would not continue to be working here as long as they have.
I could go on and on for all the reasons that they have been wonderful for me during my stay here. I had to stay for an entire month here due to back surgery and inability to move and just to heal. I’ve met many people from all different states, and they were even nice!! From New York, Massachusetts, upper Michigan, southern Michigan, Jordan, and more.
I’ve been in the Customer service industry my entire life (age 59), And to find people with good customer skills is almost too difficult to find anymore, but not true for here! Everyone was wonderful!!

Everything seemed nearly perfect until I was bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk staff and me and my children checked out. Reached out to the manager and I have yet to receive a call back or a response to my email. Then to make matters worse they kept the deposit that was made at check in! Reached out to corporate and they were no help either!

Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was good. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. The room had a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. However, the room smelled strongly of mold/mildew and there were mold spots at the top of the shower. Probably because there was no exhaust fan. There was a spider in the corner of the bathroom and a beetle came crawling into the bathroom one night. The beetle and spider did not bother me but the smell and shower did. The smell was very overpowering. Due to this I will not be going back. Also, we were told the room would be cleaned after 3 days, but this didn’t happen until after 5 days. Very overpriced for the mold and mold smell.
