The bed was too soft. There is no room service on weekends, and during the week, you must request it the night before. We were told about weekends but not on weekdays. Breakfast was ok.

Very dates and worn out. Bed was lumpy. Desk chair had almost all the vinyl peeled off, wouldn’t consider sitting on it. Screens had holes and tears in them, bathroom floor grout was black with filth. Baseboards filthy. I was told they wouldn’t clean or refresh the room while I was there for 3 nights. Cleaned only upon checkout.Would not stay there again.

Typically had good experiences however this last visit was memorable and not in a good way.

My mother booked my husband kids and my room this time requested first or 3rd floor away from elevators due to young children.
She Was with us at check in and we were given a room on the second floor 3 rooms from the elevator so far not a great start.

We were booked for 2 nights. First night went smoothly however in the morning when we left for a handful of hours we arrived back around 2-3p to grab medicine for our infant. We attempted to get into building only to find our room key was inactive, we went to front to ask them to reset our keys they informed us my mother had called and said her card information had been stolen and we were not welcome in the room which was not true as we were with her at the time they stated she had called.
They had changed the locks on our room and maintenance was in the middle of reprogramming locks with the door taken apart when we arrived.

My husband had to be ESCORTED up to be able to go in our room that was paid for.
We ended up getting in touch with my mother who confirmed she NEVER called.
After I spoke with the Gentleman on duty that evening and asked for the number of the woman he spoke to I informed him that was NOT my mother. My mother even called the hotel multiple times to tell them this was not the case and this was not okay.
Ultimately we found out the reason for the issue was they have 2 people with the SAME exact name both who have a choice account and the original staff at check in added the wrong rewards account.
Luckily the situation was able to be resolved but only after hours of frustrating back and forth conversation.
The staff was not rude about it however no apology or anything was offered for treating my husband children and I like we were criminals for multiple hours due to a mistake of their own staff.

I think this whole situation was handled so unprofessionally and I was very uncomfortable staying after knowing people were in our rooms with all of our belongings without ANY communication to us.

Not to mention room 220s AC makes an AWFUL rattling noise that kept us up all hours of the night

The only reason this this isn’t a one star is because while the Staff was not apologetic they were not rude.

Sadly we will probably be staying across the street at the other hotel from now on

**Hotel Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience**

Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rude older man at the front desk who made the check-in process unnecessarily difficult. Despite booking rooms together for a reason—since we were in town for a cheerleading state competition with a group of 9-11 year olds—our rooms were scattered across 2-3 floors. This was incredibly inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress for both the girls and their parents.

To make matters worse, the staff was not only unhelpful but also aggressive. The girls were yelled at, and we were even threatened with eviction and police involvement over issues that could have easily been avoided with proper communication and respect.

As a warning to other cheerleaders and large groups, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The rooms themselves are outdated, with dirty, stained carpets, and the overall condition of the hotel is subpar for the price. This was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.

Stayed here many times over many years and its always been OK. Comfy beds, fluffy towels but breakfast was never great. Now they have no housekeeping at weekends………we checked in on Saturday. Our room seemed as usual and we slept well. Getting into the shower in the morning there was a huge black “thing” on the wall. It turned out to be long black hair - somebody else’s long black hair since both myself and my husband sport short grey styles. A bit too late to move rooms. We reported it to the desk clerk on checkout but he seemed unbothered. Hope nobody else stays in that room before housekeeping return.

Ac/heating system barely worked made a awful noise hose in the floors from cigarette smoke just overall a bad experience won’t recommend

Another great experience with Country Inn. Pretty decent breakfast is included. The bedding always smells fresh and feels crisp. My chain of choice.
