My family came down for just a one day to go to Stone Mountain. We wound up getting in a car accident trying to turn into the park exit from the hotel. Everyone was fine but it really put a daper in a wonderful family trip. Going back to the hotel after it happened we were not sure what to do. However, we met an angel named Edwina that works at the front desk. She is one of the most wonderful and nicest people I have ever met. She got us rooms before check in time to let us calm and recollect ourselves. Gave our son a safari hat to lighten his spirits. Even told us were to go to get our truck looked at to make sure it was safe to drive the 2.5 hour trip home. I dont know what we would have done without her. If we stay in Atlanta again, we will always come back to this hotel as long as Edwina is there. ❤️

This hotel has great potential.
Pros:
The young lady at the desk, Mara (I think), was extremely nice, yet professional. They need more like her.
The rooms are a nice size and have laminate flooring, which allows for better cleanup and upkeep.
The location is good; many places to eat.
Cons:
The rooms need a larger television, much too large for the small screens they presently have...need no smaller than a 55 inch.
Cleaning needed to be better...found a razor with hair behind bath sink.
Shower door won't stay closed...wedged a towel in between so water wasn't sprayed on the floor.
Hotel is no smoking, however, we smelled those "stink" cigarettes in the hallway.
Walls are thin; you can hear other conversations in the adjoining rooms.
Would consider staying here again if some of these things are addressed.

I come to this hotel when I'm out of town for business. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The rooms are always immaculate. 10/10 everytime. You won't regret your stay!!

This place is the best! I travel for work every week and is greeted by the staff there! They are wonderful especially Mara. She goes above and beyond what I ask for and is always available when and if I need anything. From my first visit, Mara has been constant in making my stay great! It’s wonderful to see a smiling face when you are entering a new chapter in life and she is knowledgeable when I need directions to the area. Great experience will continue to visit..

I stay here for work. The hotel is very clean and professional service. Mrs. Mara is very informative, attentive, and friendly service member makes you feel welcome. The hotel breakfast is always fresh and hot in the early morning. Shopping at the little store for goodies is pleasantly convenient.

I will say I stayed here and the pool was great my kids enjoyed themselves , the beds where comfortable. the toilet was flooding in room no one answered front desk to help and there were marks already on the floor . Now I was charged a $106 damage fee which I did not authorize on top of the $50 incidental fee I paid when I first checked in . I asked for help and was told by lexy to call the manager BRIA in morning . I called in morning spoke to BRIA and she said she is not the manager and I was explaining what was going on she was cutting me off and very dismissive. She was not providing any professional customer service . She also hung on me and was very rude The reps are unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one . They steal money off your card without any authorization from guest. I’m a member and I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED

This hotel looks nice, but is far from it. Let me start by saying, the front desk staff is great.
The hotel though, not great.
I’ve stayed here before and it was nice. But in the few years it’s been since I stayed here last, it’s gone down hill. The floors in the room were so dirty and had dead spiders in the corners. There were heavy layers of dust on all the lamps and the bed had a dent in one side of it that made sleeping impossible. The pillows were literally flat and there were crumbs on the back of the couch. It was just all very disappointing with the almost $600 I paid.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Stone Mountain, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The lobby was beautifully decorated. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of Stone Mountain. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Breakfast had the perfect variety. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
