There wasn’t anything particularly bad about the hotel. It’s just average so it gets an average score. You can tell it’s dated a little bit. The breakfast was adequate and typically what you get when you see preference included on any reservation for a hotel like this. The location was pretty convenient if you want to stay in this area again overall just average.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly and talkative when we checked in. The building was in good repair, and everything was working. I had no complaints about our room. It was clean to our satisfaction. We grabbed a bite from breakfast as we ran out the door the next day for a swim event. My daughter was happy with what she ate. The walls in the bathroom are thin. I could hear the neighbor in the bathroom talking. But that would be my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very spacious room with immediate walk-in to seating area with TV. Bathtub had cracked enamel on the inside; otherwise, it was fine. Bedroom also had TV and bed was comfortable. Furniture was a tiny bit dated but not beat up, scratched up or otherwise damaged. Friendly reception.

Positive: Front desk person was very nice and did his best to accommodate us with a new room after the one given at first was not cleaned properly. Negative: Our first rm was not cleaned the sofa bed cushions were flipped upside down and when used it was ver dirty and we had to call frond desk.

Check in was fine but hard to understand dialect.
The room less than one star is not possible. Headboard material torn. The painter left tape over the window at the ceiling The doors on the cabinet containing refrigerator were broken and did not close individually. The freezer compartment was iced over, probably poor door seal. There were stains and tears in the top blanket of the bed. The box spring dust cover was torn and hanging loose. The matress was like a rock, my back is still aching. This morning we arise to find the elevator inoperative. So this 76 year old carried his luggage down the stairs. Service rating for the man taking care of breakfast area, Clean and well stocked.

Positive: Friendly staff! Negative: First room had a very strong odor but the staff was very friendly And changed the room and the smell was fine. The other issue was the extremely loud rumbling from the heat/ac units from adjacent rooms. Very loud and the humming vibration was unbearable

Rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast didn't start until after I had to leave though. And my neighbors were extremely loud all night. Close to the high so there is lots of road nice. Parking is great though.

My stay was great and I have very high standards, I work at the St Charles country inn and suites and the young Man who checked me in was amazing. I think his name was Greg or Dave but he was awesome, willing to help and great energy! Will come back
