Quiet and clean, probably because its a smaller hotel. No musty smell. Mattress and pillows were nice. Every employee was pleasant and very helpful. Great water pressure although no handheld shower head. Pool looked clean and gym looked well equipped for a small hotel. Breakfast was what you would expect plus there was rice with seasonings. My only con would be that the refrigerators were a bit loud during the night, but I am very sensitive to sound.

Definitely a 3 star hotel on a good day. Room was dirty despite checking in after 4 and you had to BORROW A TV REMOTE FROM FRONT DESK TO USE HDMI on your TV in most rooms. THERE'S ALSO ONLY 4 of them in whole hotel so you're out of luck if they're taken. Dryer in laundry room also has no timed stop and will burn your clothes if you don't remember to remove them on time. After the washer fails to clean them of course. What, is this 2005? Probably the last year this placed turned a profit so I guess it's stuck there. Wouldn't have even bothered to leave a review or mention any of this if the older gal at front desk wasn't the most insufferable condescending Karen of a front desk lady I've ever encountered traveling. Learn some basic manners. I'm sorry you're stuck at a low quality hotel. Please find some manners and hospitality with guests. Thank You !!!

This is a great hotel for the price. #1. DO NOT PLAN TO CHECK IN BEFORE 3 PM. Plan accordingly. Staff was great, clean room & good breakfast. My only complaint is kids in the pool & hot tub. Children hours should end at 9 p.m. We couldn't enjoy the pool because a lot of kids were playing & unsupervised.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! The room was super clean with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. They had free breakfast. My only complaint is the front desk lady with the short black hair could of been nicer she didn't even greet me when I walked in. Just said "Name?" And there was kids in the pool til past midnight so me and my husband didn't get to have any alone time swimming but that's understandable.

The sign is really hard to see at night. I went around the block twice before I saw the hotel. The hot tub and the pool are great! They give you free cookies in the lobby as well. Friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Coffee is decent, breakfast is decent. Beds are a bit hard, pillows are not so great. There is a separate section for smoking rooms, and sometimes the smell does spill into the other areas.

Our room had a fireplace and jacuzzi for less than we have paid for your basic room. A nice area away from the door with comfortable seating for those who smoke. Clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. AND Christmas is coming. If you are the person who likes to hit a nice mall and knock out most of your list, Woodfield is that place. So close. Quality eateries all over the place. I suggest hitting Granite City. Sunday Brunch Buffet is good. If you don’t use websites, Choice, Expedia, etc., call direct for reservations. Ask for Lisa, Front Desk Manager, so very accommodating. Happy Trails……..

Very clean, my husband and I enjoyed the dedicated adult swim hour. The receptionist Lisa was very nice. My husband and I took advantage of the breakfast. The Hispanic lady that was in charge was so rude and did not want us touching the condiments. She almost snatched the jelly out of my hand when i was trying to return it. My husband asked for hot sauce and gave him the most evil look and rudely said no. Other guests noticed and made a comment on how rude the last was. She was on the phone the whole time. Other than the rude lady at breakfast, everything else was great.
