This hotel was amazing. The room that we got was amazing also the part that I like was the pool. The food they had was delicious . The place where the hotel is not that far is in the border of Bolingbrook before Romeoville. This was a great experience for me and I recommend that more people can come to this hotel.

We booked via their 800 number and they were priced the same as the Internet. We also chose this place because their pet friendly at a reasonable pet rate compared to other surrounding hotels. The property is well kept and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They're breakfast set up was also nice with a large selection of healthy options. Again, clean and well organized. The pool area, gym and laundry were nice. The pet room definitely has pet odor. I don't understand why they keep carpet in those rooms. We opened a window and got some Lysol and that helped. The room was still decently cleaned. The fridge cabinet was crooked. The towels and wash rags were well worn. The place was quiet at night, even with a full parking lot. There's a couple of restaurants nearby and Ample parking. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay again. Especially because the staff here is exceptional.

I'm so disappointed, I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The mattress was so hard it was almost unbearable to sleep on. It seems like they flipped the mattress on the wrong side so the pillow top was on the bottom which makes me wonder how old the mattress is that they had to flip it over. Then the kitchen apparently set off the fire alarm at 5am! I was startled awake there was no direction from staff on what we should do or what was going on, people with kids and some disabled rushing out of the building over burnt toast. Then we finally were able to go back to our rooms and it went off AGAIN, then right before check out at 11am! I assumed there would at least be an apology from staff for all the disturbances or that I would have the chance to talk to someone about the bed situation but nope went to check out and there wasn't even anyone at the desk so I checked our via text instead. Overall one of the worst experices I had at any hotel recently. Not even just because of the fire alarm thing but more so the TERRIBLE BED.

I live locally and come to this hotel often to enjoy the super clean hottub rooms and very clean and warm pool. Mark always checks me in and he is super polite and friendly. He always remembers me and is like talking ro an old friend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here when there was bad weather. They “upgraded “ our room. The room was not clean, smelled like smoke and pot. There were ashes in the bathroom. The toilet paper wrapping sitting on the counter. Bed felt like it was only a box spring. Highway noise loud. We were exhausted and didn’t have energy to complain to move, unfortunately. We slept on top of the Bedding for fear of bugs. Most uncomfortable hotel stay ever. Would not recommend. Wish we would have had energy to complain and move rooms or switch hotels.

I had a great stay at the Country Inn by Radisson in Romeoville, Illinois. The rooms were exceptionally clean—I even double-checked with a blacklight and found no issues. The gym was nice and quiet, which made it perfect for workouts. The location is very convenient, with a gas station, Wendy's, and Cracker Barrel within walking distance. I stayed in multiple rooms over my month-long stay and had no complaints. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and amenities.
