I had my daughter’s 9th birthday party there and she had a sleepover theme. We rented 3 rooms and the staff was amazing and helpful. We used a conference room for came and pizza.
The breakfast included was amazing for the girls to wake up to and eat. They swam all day and all morning. Thank you to the amazing staff will recommend to other family.

Arrived to check in and was told they do not accept cash and that there was also $100 deposit. Which is fine but should have been said when making the reservation. Booked a suite with a hot tub for a reason and the jets did not work on the tub. Could not use the TV either it didn't work or the remote didn't work. When I let them know this at checkout I was offered a free complimentary breakfast which was free regardless. Even received email from the general manager saying they will be getting all of those problems fixed please come back and see us. I refused to spend another $200 just to find out things aren't working and be offered a free breakfast. Horrible customer service at check in and check out. Will not be back here.

This hotel is of the best hotel we have stayed in . The staff is courteous and very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent quality . The rooms are comfortable and clean . We have stayed here weeks at a time and highly recommend it.

Positive: "" Negative: The internet was horrible. Super slow and not private so I couldn't do any work on this work trip. I would not use this hotel again for a work trip, but it would be good if you do not need to use the internet.

It's was in great proximity of where I was working. The rooms were clean and nice, the staff was accommodating, and I loved how it was close to restaurants.

I contacted Trip.com to let them know that I was unable to travel because I had recently been diagnosed as CoVid positive. Trip.com sent me a follow up letter indicating that after attempting to negotiate with the hotel, they were not willing to offer a refund because it was a nonrefundable rate. So guess I should have arrived at the hotel contagious and touched and sneezed on every possible surface in my room and in the public spaces. Thank you Country Inn and Suites for your compassionate response. Will pass this info on to my fellow travelers knowing they will avoid your brand as will I.

My room smelled terrible! One of the light bulbs was burned out, tv didn't work half the time. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub would not drain any water at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all if your expecting nice!
