I stayed at the establishment for three nights at a very reasonable price. The individual who checked me in was very polite and went beyond making sure I got what I needed; the check-in process was quick and efficient. The interior of the property was very clean. The breakfast options could be expanded, but the breakfast area was always very clean, and everything was well-organized. The room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The building is very quiet, which I appreciate when seeking peace and quiet. The housekeeping staff and the cooking staff in the dining area were both very kind.

Great hotel, and a very affordable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire hotel was clean and well taken care of, and my room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here for several days on a work trip, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm working in the area.

Very Clean, quiet, great for families and the business traveler, Breakfast Awesome and fresh food/coffee/bagels. Stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street, this is a better run hotel, you will be impressed! Patrick the Desk Manager is on top of it!!

Positive: Good pillows in the bed was comfortable the temperature was very on point Negative: Getting to the hotel and seeing two other customers waiting to check in and assign at the desk with no time when the person was going to be back I went looking for the desk clerk and they we're cleaning the bathroom instead at the front desk

We had a terrible experience with this hotel last night. We were trying to check in after long drive from Louisville, KY and we rejected at the front desk .The guy was extremely rude and yelled at us saying that we are not allowed to check in because the hotel is closed and the it is owner policy not to accept guests after midnight ( Time was around 12:20 am) Would not recommended this hotel 100%.
After this hotel we went straight to hotel down the street and they gave us rooms and provided a great service. So guys if you looking for better experience in Chicago, don’t stay there.

Sir Patrick thanks for being so rude and denying my stay at your below subpar establishment after booking online. Due to your unprofessional hospitality I was left to find another place to stay while in town and dishing out even more money. Never again would I consider staying at another country inn. After reading other reviews I'm grateful that I didn't stay and catch something from their poorly cleaned and sanitized room. We just came out of a pandemic.

I recently had a terrible experience at country inn. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place was poorly maintained. The room had a significant bug problem, with noticeable insects crawling on the walls and bed. It was incredibly unsettling and made it impossible to feel comfortable and the staff did not help with proper resolution.

To make matters worse, the food was unhygienic. The breakfast spread was unappetizing, with items that appeared poorly stored. I couldn't bring myself to eat there after noticing how dirty the dining area was.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Comfortable and quiet place. Bathroom well lit and auto shut off. The beds were ok as we're the pillows. Breakfast had a large selection of items.
