The staff made all the difference during our visit, and because of that we'll definitely stay here next time we're in Fresno. This goes for every staff member who was working the weekend of December 20, 2024. Great management. Just about every time my family passed the front desk, they went out of their way to offer warm, welcoming greetings. They even shared print-outs with recommendations for things to do in the area. I was going to take my kids to the zoo during the day, but they suggested going at night because it's lit up for Christmas. On our way back from the zoo that night, the front desk offered hot cocoa packets to the kids to make in the room. The rooms, heated indoor pool, and atmosphere were a good value too.

I had a quick stay here in between visits to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and found it to be a excellent property. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the strong air conditioner was a welcome relief from the heat of a July night in Fresno.||The breakfast was very good, and service was friendly and professional. The location was conveniently right off Highway 41 and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Overall, this is a great hotel at a reasonable price.

I came in really late 11/20/24 with my little boys and Liz welcomed us since we entered. Liz was super helpful and did our check in very quick. She instructed me where to go and also reminded me about breakfast and their hours. (Great customer services) Rooms were very clean and smell really good. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. Highly recommended.

I was there for the holidays. Although I missed some great hardworking employees there I got a very clean room. Breakfast wasn’t clean so we had breakfast somewhere else. Thanks Andrea for being so nice to my family. She’s very sweet and confused her last time with a different front desk girl. Overall ok, but I hope next time our regular breakfast attendant is back.

Most terrible hotel in the world!! Do not come this place guys, 7 days before check in i call to make a reservation, i ask smoking room, she says no problem we have a smoking room! I reserve the room, when we come to check in the manager says we don't have any smoking room in our hotel, never have! Manager was so rude! She make a call to supervisor! And he told me No smoking room! Ok we check in anyway, very dirty room, smell like someone day here week ago, believe me it's better to stay on the street, but not on this hotel . This is the most rude and Unprofessional front desk manager

This was a business trip and we arrived late in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Breakfast was great. Nice comfortable peaceful place. I enjoyed my stay.

Initially I was going to stay in Madera at Springfield Suites and make my way to Fresno but the night person working the desk there seemed like something was up his pants. So I opted to just drive to Fresno and cross my fingers there was a place reasonably priced for a short check-in/check-out. I was greeted by Hannah whom was very friendly (goddess-like if compared to the grumpy guy at Springfield). It was refreshing especially after that experience in Madera and exhaustion from driving at 12AM. Because I was checking in after 12AM, I was told I would be billed an extra $100. I informed Hannah that I was going to check out same day before noon. Hopefully I won’t be charged the extra $100. I really appreciated the front desk service.

The room is nice. Not fancy but it works perfect for a short stay. Appears clean and wall unit is controlled by separate thermostat. It’s 2AM and I’m going to catch some sleep before I complete this review.

This is my first time and last time staying at this hotel. I went through a third party to book the room and also paid the 100 dollar deposit but when we came in to check in they hold my husband the except his card were his disability check is deposited on. So he had to pay an addition 300 dollar deposit.The second thing is the area had alot of black widows in the I had killed 4 within a 20 minute stand and roaches to reported to the front desk. I was just worried about someone getting but. Third on are last night of staying the whole hotel ran out of hot water to take a shower and it is very noisey so much for relaxing. As much as we paid to stay here I am very disappointed with my experience.
