Stayed here a few times as an alternative to my normal choice. First visit on January 31 was decent (room 315). This second visit on Feb. 22 was not a good one (room 317). Where do I begin... I checked in, dropped off my bags and left back out to meet with family and friends. Came back in the evening and I regret not doing my full walk around like I normally do. I would have definitely requested a different room. Bathroom floor and walls were filthy. I used about 8 Clorox wipes to get hair and dirt off the floor, dirty smudges on the wall above the toilet and near the wall switch. Used even more wipes on the counters, sink, dresser and the tray for the coffee pot (I had to clean out the coffee before using it also). Filthy washcloth left in the room. Carpets had huge red stains and brown stains. Ceiling above the bed and the lamp shades had large brown spots from what looked like water damage. Brand new TV was in the room and I did not turn it on until I got back to the hotel around 10pm (was out all day). The TV was not setup at all and I could not use it unless I logged into my personal account and I am not doing that on a public device. Decided to just go to sleep. The sofa in the suite has HUGE white crusty stains on it that were definitely in the shape of someone's butt. The red chair has white stains on it also. I understand what happens in hotels sometimes but isn't that what housekeeping is for? The fridge was not working had mold in it from not being used or plugged in. Luckily I only needed water to drink so I kept the bottles on the counter. Cold water in the kitchenette area did not work either. I have attached a few pics and have plenty more, but I don't think anyone wants to see all of that, especially the video. I don't expect perfection but this was one of the worse hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I'm reaching out to the corporate office to see what can be done.

It’s a little higher priced, but they have quality beds and pillows and decent room. I wouldn’t stay for any great amenities, but breakfast was OK, not much selection. I accidentally left my pillow and called 4x and stopped by once and they could not find it and never called me back. I felt they should have offered me a pillow in exchange as mine was a great feathered pillow. So I won’t be staying there again.

Stayed here on business. Bed was clean but there were some small stains around the room, and the ceiling looked like there was a crime scene upstairs. Lots of ladybugs, but no roaches like some other reviewers saw. Pillows were terrible, and my room was illuminated all night by a light in the parking lot as the curtains did not close. Staff was nice but overall would not recommend.

Some stuff was broken, but I can’t include photos of the worst part. Man the toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. They brought me a plunger to try and fix myself but to no avail. Slept in the stankiest room, but was promised a new room by morning. In the morning I was told they were sold out. - we went to work and came back at midnight to an untouched toilet in the exact same state. I tried to request only a partial refund but I was ignored several times.

Worst place to stay I was moved 3 times due to uncleanliness and ant and then found a bed bug crawling on my daughters bed. Night staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care about how dirty things were. I even cleaned the floor with a towel to show them how disgusting it was. Tv controller wouldn’t work, jacuzzi didn’t work in the 2nd room plus had mold on all the jets. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I’ve stayed here in the past a few times with no issues I’m not sure if new people run it since the last time I stayed about a year ago or what but it’s gross. Also only refunded me for my daughters room that had the bed bug but didn’t offer to refund me for the room I had to move from 3 times cuz of how dirty.

We stand 2 night first night we were put in a room very dirty supposed to been remodel. The mattress was stained and my husband found and smash bed bugs. Reported nothing was done just moved us to another room. We will not be staying here anymore. The staff are rude no hospitality at all.

Roach bodies and trash in the drawers. Cigarette ash in the silver warehouse tray and burns around the room. Obviously no one has vacuumed in a while. Dirty dishes and some funky smells in the room. Counters have crumbs, and God knows what on them. Lamp is missing a light bulb. I truly regret not reading the reviews before booking but I was driving at the time. Place was not very welcoming and filthy 😒 $130 wasted for what roaches and possibly bed bugs. I hope this helps someone so they don't make the same mistake I did.

Stayed here for work and the lady at the counter had ear buds in blaring music with no customer service attempt at all. The room she then put me in had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I then went to address the issue and the lady was very rude, didn’t take her earbud out, no sorry, no customer service, and just threw a new room key on the counter and didn’t make eye contact. Will not be staying here again.
