We visit the area often and have tried a number of hotels and motels in the area. This is by far the best of the several we have tried, some I would not even rate 1 star. Great staff, problems if any are addressed quickly, good customer service, clean well light spacious rooms. The breakfast is pretty good as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Sabrina working up front is a real charmer, we loved how she treated our family as many of us arrived in preparation for my wedding. We hadn't arranged any special accommodations for the occasion, but they made us feel special and cared for whenever we passed through the lobby! Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast area was neat and we'll stocked during continental breakfast time. I loved how they communicated ahead of time to let us know the pool area was out of commission, it let us know what to expect. I fully recommend staying here; if not for the creature comforts someone might want after long travel, then for the wonderful personalities working here 🙂

Comparing to other country inn's for this review...
Room was clean and spacious, but small mini-fridge that froze everything in it. Front desk lady i talked with was nice and helped with questions about local things to do. Hotel is in a not so busy area and a short drive to things which is great!

The bad: There shower had minimal water pressure in my room which meant way longer than needed showers. As others have mentioned, you can hear everything from loud talkers in hallway to ALL or your connecting rooms. The besd was springy, loud, and not very comfortable so i didnt sleep well. Breakfast here was subpar. Food seemed like it was in there for hours and was rubbery/stale and paperplates were so weak and cheap.

All in all its an OK budget place but not quite as good as other country inn and suites and i would come back, but do things a little different

We had a terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. We showed up and the front desk lady named sabrina was extremely rude, but we still tried to give it the benefit of the doubt.

We checked into our room and immediately we got hit with a wave of the strongest musty scent that was masked with this overpowering lemon cleaning product that was so strong we had a headache from sitting in there for 5 minutes. To add onto that i’m 5 months pregnant so the smell was completely nauseating.

We then went down stairs and asked if we could have a refund and the lady proceeded to tell us she can’t do anything for us and was zero help what so ever, she said all she can do is move us to a room 3 doors down. So of course we try again because at this point we just don’t want to waste our money and the smell was even worse.

We opened a window and turned the AC on high and NOTHING could rid of the smell so we had no choice but to waist our money and drive 2 and a half hours back home.

It’s really unfortunate that we tried to have a nice weekend with family and friends from out of town and then go to the hotel to settle down and instead the experience was so far from that and was a waste of time and money. we feel robbed.

Clean room, nice sheets, Pool was drained but they pre-warned us and reduced the rate. Building has no sound proofing, could hear the woman across the hall sneezing . Very strict about 11am checkout, housekeeping vacuumed the hall early probably to insure everyone was awake.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days while visiting family. The staff Justin and Brenda were the best very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a hot breakfast every morning which wasn't a grab and go bag of sugar (some hotels have fruit bars and yogurt which is all sugar). the location was perfect as well is the price. we will stay there again.
