The staff on duty are very helpful and don't act like you're putting them out. They go out of the way to accommodate the smallest of needs. It's not a real high-end place, but if you want something clean and a nice safe place to sleep, I highly recommend it. I've stayed there before this last time, and I would definitely go back again.

Went 02/20/2025 nasty rooms, stains in curtain and I moved the bed over to play some cards and OMG nasty……..nobody’s wants to work had zero towels one whole day cause laundry wasn’t done surprises me the hot tub and pool were decently clean. Poor breakfast everything is frozen or simple. I paid 450$ Thursday to Sunday not worth it I would rather slept in my car. The photo is a random one I had and you can see the jizz stain on the curtains

The entire facility was run down and dirty, there was viable filth on walls, floors, doors, in pool area, reception area, doors do not lock from outside to building as well as into room. The door keys needed to be reset daily even with 4 day reservations. Staff was friendly but hard to find. Guests were loud in pool area and on bedroom floors. We reserved the location as it has a jacuzzi however it was not in service upon arrival and was supposed to be fixed but was never taken care of. Very disappointing stay

I chose it because unlike some of the other hotels near the airport, its shuttle ran at 5 am (my flight was scheduled at 5:30 am). My room at the end of the hall was a bit weird...it was L-shaped and looked like it may have at one time been a "suite." The L portion of the room was unfurnished except for what looked like some sort of desk or table with a very old lamp plugged in atop the desk.In the main part of the room there was a rather sad looking armchair, a floor lamp that was no where near the armchair and therefore useless to use for reading in the chair, a desk and chair, king-sized bed and TV. The bathroom had it's on heater, which was a good thing because otherwise it would have been freezing. || The room was 62 degrees when I walked in and it took forever to warm up. I ended up eating breakfast at the hotel because my flight was delayed. Aside from the waffles, breakfast was quite disappointing. There was no fresh fruit, just juices, breads, eggs, bacon, biscuits that were cold, gravy that looked tasteless, several cold cereals, yogurt, and coffee. ||The hotel needs updating and some healthier breakfast fare. The shuttle was on time and the driver pleasant.

I had a great stay here. Everyone was sweet and accomodating. The room was the perfect temperature when I got there. The price was the most affordable in the area, and I appreciated the close proximity and shuttle service to the airport. This was probably the least stressful part of my trip! I would recommend making sure you have cash to tip the cleaning staff, because they don't have ATMs here, but there is one at the gas station across the street.

I got my baggage at about 9:15pm. I called for the motel shuttle as listed under "Amenities" on the website. I was told the shuttle service ended at 5:00pm, which I found absurd given that there were two incoming flights after mine. I had to take a cab the 1.5 miles from the airport to the motel. With tip, it was $25, as the driver said there was a $20 minimum charge. The motel manager explained that the corporate headquarters made the decision to stop the shuttle runs at 5pm. Imagine some poor devil who came in at 11pm and found no shuttle and no cab. The distance is walkable but not advisable with luggage. The manager also showed me that there is a statement under "Hotel Information" saying the shuttle ends at 5pm. I rather doubt that many people read the "Hotel Information" when they see shuttle under the amenities. Otherwise the stay was fine. The desk people and manager were unfailingly polite. Normally I would give five stars for service but the shuttle absence changed that.

Front desk girl didn't even say hello. Couldn't get my rewards to come up, which works fine anywhere else. If customers are that much of an inconvenience to you, maybe find a new job. Unbelievably terrible service.
