Do NOT NOT NOT call the phone number listed on this ad. It is the number of a pathetic agent in Mobile (if that is where she really is) who does NOT disclose she is a real estate agent and interestingly is NOT the listing agent for the sale of this property (which coincidentally shows up on Zillow as being for sale thourgh another agent ), and who will then try to dupe you by sending you elsewhere to another gal who owns or manages some overpiced condos. If you happen to be in town looking at properties to buy (as we were) this pathetic agent will tell you she knows some really good agents without, again, telling you SHE is an agent, then call other agents (but NOT the one who is the actual listing agent), shop your personal information including giving your name and number to the various agents she is trying to score a cut with and lying to that you are her client, and then turn around and hit you up with an exclusive buy-side, lying to you that the law requires you to hire her as an exclusive agent if you want to see or rent any property in the Orange beach area. By the way, the fine print on the exclusive buyside from this pathetic realtor you have never met gives her an exclusive on any property ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES. This nightmare literally ruined our fun impulsive trip to coastal Alabama. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
