Review for scheduling only, no services rendered, but important if you value your time and have a busy schedule.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment at this salon since August with no luck. My appointment request was pending for over a month before it was confirmed 1 day before. I assumed it wasn’t accepted and had made an appointment and gotten service elsewhere. You’re unable to cancel online and have to call, but no one picked up the 2 times I called. So I rescheduled for November.

One hour before my appointment the stylist texts to say she’s running “a little behind schedule” and asks if I can come in 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I had other plans that day and couldn’t move them with such late notice. Also “a little behind” to me is 15 minutes maybe 30. Not an hour.

I asked to reschedule, and she agreed that would be best. She gave me a day and I gave her 2 times I was available but it’s been over 48 hours and she has yet to get back to me to confirm a time.

I understand things happen, but unfortunately I won’t be visiting this salon due to the unorganized scheduling and poor time management.

It makes me sad to write this as I’ve heard nothing but good things about the stylists and services at this salon. I hope this was just a fluke with one stylist and that you have a better experience with scheduling than I did.

I have been going to Cosi Bella and Zoe Moter has been doing my hair for about 3 months. She was doing a good job. 3 hours before my appt today she cancelled saying she wasn’t doing my hair anymore because she gets too anxious and doesn’t feel I like the outcome. I’ve NEVER said anything about not liking the outcome. In fact the opposite VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never recommend anyone to go to this business!

I went to Cosi Bella Salon for an appointment with Hypnotherapist Luana Matthews from Limitless Possibilities. Cosi Bella Salon is well located in Martinez with easy access to a public parking lot across the street. It is a very welcoming space with lots of good vibes. It was a small and intimate group of ladies who wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day on a positive note. We love others when we learn to love ourselves, right? As usual, Luana conducted an hour-long meditation session and guided us with so much love and care. Luana quickly has the power to put me at ease with her tender voice. It was a powerful and healing experience which left me with a calm and open heart to enjoy this beautiful day of love and friendship. I highly recommend that you participate in her next group session where you can experience hypnotherapy before you dive into your own individual work.

This is a very warm and inviting salon. Always clean and friendly folks working here. I get pedicures from Trisha who is the best in town. I have been a licensed manicurist for 23 years and won’t go anywhere else and be pleased. My toes always look amazing and feet and smooth and soft. I highly recommend you give her a try.

Christina was such an amazing stylist! I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and gave a very vauge description of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was trying to convey. Throughout the entire session we had great conversation and she was even nice enough to describe every step and product she was using on me. I felt very informed and included on my makeover.
