This is a great community of residents. I was visiting a friend and almost felt like I was home. Management is assertive and efficient, the grounds were well kept, and the amenities were clean, working, and I just over all enjoyed the time i spent here. Good job and thanks guys!!

Stopped in to visit a friend. (Mr Roman and his Pup Molly).
Directions are right on point.
Spaces are absolutely perfect! Molly actually has a yard with grass to lay in. ( She was happy as all got out)
Mr. Roman, Molly, myself, along with my pup, sat out front in the " Green Yard."
The olive trees located all over the park provided the perfect shade!

This park is very well maintained, quiet, friendly, all around a beautiful park.

And the Rent!!! Waaaay affordable and well worth it.
I absolutely 100% recommend this place!!
Mr.Manual... As promised, Im stopping by with lunch, drink & and doggie treats on my way back to Sac tomorrow.

This place has really turned around. I have great neighbors.we all help each other out.look out for each other. Trying to make this place safe , and just having respect for others is our number one . I have never felt this safe. Restrooms are clean park is green . It only helps when you help together we can keep this park clean .

Excellent management! Clean park, clean services, and the upkeep is absolutely impressive. We were so pleased with the manager and how well things were handled. Beautiful location across from the freeway, well maintained, we were very happy with this park.

the manager is a very rude and she judges people when she has no idea who they are i went there to see a friend and to look at his 5th wheel for he is selling i will be sewing for slander and judge of charater she accused us of being tweekers and accused us driving around the park and all we did was drive all the way down one street and turned around so we could park in front of his trailer we are not tweekers and Ive been there 3 times before and had no problems but this time we were in a 64 mustang so i believe that was the problem

It was a good place to spend overnight. We had a nice spot on the end with nice grass and picnic table.

It was literally right off the freeway. It was not that noisy.

It had a gravel pad; I had to use blocks under hydraulic jacks.

I would stop here again on trips north or south.

Me and my Family stayed here while on a trip and this RV park is one of the nicest parks I’ve even been to. The lots are spacious, it had a shaded park for my kids to play and a fenced area for my dog to play too! The managers are extremely friendly and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. They continually asked if there was anything we needed or anything they could do to help us. They were very personable and relatable. Definitely recommend this park to anyone who is passing through!

Managers are wonderful people, very friendly, personable and courteous. Has a clean and maintained bathroom/shower facilities and laundromat. Has a good size, fenced off dog run. Clean rv park. Recommend anyone to stay here! We've enjoyed it!
