Not a bad place to stay for the price. Room was pretty clean, decent size. check in staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty quiet.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was nice and welcoming. But the environment was uncomfortable everywhere I turned outside there were men staring at me. I didn't feel safe at all.

This property is a lot nicer than some of the photos would indicate. The staff I have dealt with were very friendly. Clean room. Little more up-to-date than some of the photos showed. Happy and comfortable to stay in this room for a few weeks.

This is a great place to stay
Like the sign says no bells and whistles but has all the amenities that you could possibly want when coming to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach Alabama. Close to everything!

Unfortunately this hotel staff is very unfriendly and quick to want to FIGHT guests. A dear friend of mine lived there for YEARS and then kicked her out without notice and claimed abandonment on her valuables as my friend was in constant contact about retrieving memorabilia that after contacting local authorities she had thrown all items in the trash. I do not recommend this hotel.

When my family and I arrived the front desk staff was very welcoming and kind, and assisted us with finding our room. Shortly after arriving to our room I noticed we were going to need more towels, when I called the front desk to request more towels the lady that assisted me was very kind and had more towels up to my room within a few minutes. Upon my stay, the housekeeping staff were diligent in making sure my room was always clean and well stocked. The housekeeping staff were always very kind and respectful when visiting my room and had no issues coming back at a later time when requested. Any issues or concerns I had were answered and dealt with in a timely manner with kindness and respect. My family and I will be staying here again! The welcoming warmth and kindness of the staff is unmatched! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the price is extremely affordable!

Love staying here!!! Only minutes from the beach and all other amenities. Everyone of the workers here were absolutely hands down the best. Very polite, welcoming, caring and made sure our stay was the best possible. Josh went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of everything possible. If your looking for a clean, friendly, welcoming hotel away from the traffic but still close to everything, this is it!! Thank you for making our family feel right at home for a couple days

My husband and I wanted a little beach time and to live the Salt Life (a much needed vacay). Knowing that we were going to stay a month we found a great extended stay rate at Cornerstone Lodge. Mel and the staff were very accommodating and took care of our every need. We were even given her cell number for after hours needs. The outdoor lighting and security ?‍♂️ made us feel very safe. The room was clean and comfortable. We saved a lot of money by preparing simple meals in the kitchenette. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was always clean. Being a semi retired couple without children we really appreciated the adult swim time from 8 to 10 am and pm when we were not crowded with the children who were there all day. Accommodations for all guests are taken into consideration. We traveled with our small pug dog and we appreciated the welcome that he received by the staff as they walked the grounds. We definitely plan on coming back for our next Gulf Shores vacation ?‍♀️
