There's a lot of things to love about this place! It has an old school, traditional charm. You can choose between cabins, motel rooms, and Airstreams. If you pick an Airstream, I recommend getting one with "camp" in its name because those ones are newer and have more room. The place is super kud and dog friendly. And the location is within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. Finally, the caretaker Charles provides good old fashioned down home country guest service. He's always available to answer any questions or to provide a quick solution to any problem. Between the location, charm, and Charles, this is the best place to stay in Pinetop!

Just finished our stay for my birthday weekend. We stayed in one of the airstreams and it was so nice! Lots of warm water and I loved the lavender soap they had. The bed was so comfy and luxe. All the amenities worked great and the price was perfect. We will be back next time we stay in the white mountains. đŸ”ī¸

I've stayed at Corduroy twice now. What I like about it: it's a great mix between a traditional lodge and a more homey, down to earth stay. The rooms are beautiful with simple decorations. Each room has a place to sit inside, and a place to sit outside, a mini fridge, a microwave and a way to make coffee. There's also a more communal area where you can lay in a hammock, sit by a fire, play games, or sit at a bigger table to eat a meal. There's a restaurant directly next to it where you can eat in or take out, with love music some nights of the week. Coffee places, shops, and a local grocery store are all within a 10 minute walk from Corduroy. The manager is pretty much always on site for anything that comes up, and is very helpful if anything should arise. Being able to bring my dog was also really helpful!

Our say here was FABULOUS! The team at Corduroy Lodge did a great job with the remodel of the Airstreams. Plenty of room for two adults, a baby, and a dog. Would 100% stay here again!

Disappointed. Was looking forward to a fall weekend getaway in a cute little cabin with my husband and baby, but was extremely disappointed with the Los Burros Cabin (cabin 2).
CONS
-Cleanliness: Hair and eyelash extensions in the bathtub, live spiders and webs in the bathroom, dust along the ledges of the molding, water in the French press, food scraps in the container on the counter, dead spiders in the cabinets with the plates and cutting board, dirty cups.
-Microwave: Had a microwave, but the dishes WERE NOT MICROWAVE SAFE AS THEY WERE MADE OF METAL.
-Fridge: Fridge for storing leftovers but no saran wrap or Ziploc baggies if you did happen to make food with their stovetop.
-Neighbors: This property is right new to a German Restaurant that has a DJ and plays music like it's a wedding reception. So...not quiet and cool to hang out between like 4pm-8pm.
Overall, I would NOT recommend. It's like house hunting when things look good in the pictures but in person you realize everything is bad and they just put a fresh coat of paint on everything. We did stay the two nights, but I promptly went home to finally shower and washed every single item we brought.

I have been working up in Pinetop for the past few summers, Cyclelogical Coffee and Corduroy Lodge are my favorite places to relax in the White Mountains, by far. The modern amenities and hip vibe are a welcomed reprieve while experiencing the small town county community. While staying at the lodge, Charles (the manager of the property), was very courteous and attentive. His welcoming presence puts one at ease and sets the tone for the spa like lodging experience. I work construction and usually need a shower after work, I really enjoyed the fancy shampoos and soap that are available in every room. Plush beds and mini-split air conditioners helped me settle into a good night sleep. Upon awakening, I stumbled over to one of the finest coffee shops in Arizona, and enjoyed the best wood fired coffee and the best tasting burritos and breakfast sandwiches in my country digs. I live in the valley and frequent LUX daily, Cyclelogical Coffee is a top contender and maybe slightly better than all my favorite coffee shops in the valley. I am a very satisfied customer!

Convenient area. Nice little courtyard area. Air Streams are available but were booked so we got a room. I was expecting a cabin atmosphere but it was all IKEA. Shelving around a kitchen area was the only place to lay anything down. Two bar stools if you wanted to eat in room. Small frig and microwave... on the floor. No coffee pot, just a French Press. Coffee cups provided were dirty as was the cord to the machine to heat water. Bottom of toilet was dirty. Coffee house on premises that was quite pricey but busy from public as well as people staying at hotel. Though the bed was comfortable for sleeping, the room was not comfortable because of very sparce furnishings. Not my idea of comfort anyway and I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again with so many other cozy cabin places to choose from in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Corduroy Lodge, and it exceeded all my expectations for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're traveling with an RV, seeking the comfort of a motel, or desiring the rustic charm of a cabin, Corduroy Lodge has something for everyone.

The RV sites are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary hookups, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay. The motel rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, perfect for those who prefer a more traditional lodging experience. For those looking to immerse themselves in nature, the cabins are cozy, beautifully designed, and offer a true retreat feel!
