We were grateful to stay here on our way to Wrangell-St. Elias National park. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed socializing with other guests in the shared living room area. John is a good cook and we enjoyed a plentiful breakfast each morning. John is also knowledgeable about the area and had some helpful tips. A coffee maker and fresh water for filling our water bottles was readily available and appreciated.

Excellent little getaway en route to Denali. Some of the friendliest people you could ever meet, took care of me at 3am after a car accident. 3am. Helped me wake up and enjoy a wonderful home cooked breakfast. Will stay here again. Thanks to John and Betty

Stayed in the Wrangell apartment for one night en route to the Denali Highway. The friendliest welcome and many personal touches. Best breakfast we ate in Alaska, including home made blueberry pancakes, fruit, eggs, and sausage.

We had to make an unplanned stop in Glennallen due to some car trouble. John and Betty put us up and took extremely good care of us. They went well above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were so very generous in every way helping us out with our situation.

This was an amazing home and B&B. Thank you for letting us stay the night. Loved the home, the rooms, and the food too. It's a perfect place for travelers to feel kinda like their at home, while far away from home.

Everything was pristine, comfortable, and felt just like a little slice of back-home.

It is clear you truly go above and beyond to make the experience more than “just an average b&b”. From the website to the breakfast conversation, this is clearly a unique and special home you have turned into a place of rest for travelers.

John is a very kind host - very hospitable. The room we rented, downstairs, was very warm and homey. The sitting area included a wood pellet stove for heating, and was filled with books, games, videos, puzzles. He is very accommodating. He even swept all the snow off our car before we got up to head out in the morning.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Copperville B&B. This B&B exceeded all our expectations. The home is a cozy and comfortable place for families. John and Betty are gracious host’s along with Pixcel. The room, living space, bathroom and kitchen are spacious and clean. Complimentary Keurig coffee is a plus. The amazing outdoor view from the living area is spectacular.
