It can be a bit of a wait, especially on the weekends, but it’s totally worth it. Not a huge place, but the cozy, homey vibes make up for it. The drinks are great, with beers priced at $7. Never had or heard of a corn nugget, but they were good too. I had the half slab of ribs, and wow—six ribs! I could only make it through two, but they were absolutely delicious. If you're craving some BBQ and you're in the area, this place is a must-try. Definitely recommend!

Excellent food. Excellent service. First time here. My aunt moved to the area from GA so we stopped to eat after unpacking and man was it delicious 😋 definitely hope to be returning in the future.

Cooter Brown's has HANDS DOWN the best ribs around! Has been my husband's and mine go-to anniversary dinner spot for 6 years running. Also, their hushpuppies are AHmazing. Never ordered anything bad here. Service can be a little slow, depending on how busy they are - but overall, SO worth any wait you may encounter.

Great food and really amazing prices. Wings, hush puppies, pork rinds, ribs, anything. Try it all and enjoy some time with friends. Good drink selection to go along with a great food menu. I make a point to come by every time I'm in the area. Don't miss out!

The food was great-no complaints there.
However, my only complaint was with the service. I walked in with my son, and suddenly he vomited. I thought I had done a pretty good job making sure most of it ended up outside. After coming in, l informed the staff that my son had vomited and that I would prefer to order takeout instead of dining in. I noticed a small spot of vomit, about the size of a quarter, and I offered to clean it up myself.
She told me that she would have to mop it and asked me to keep my son outside. She could have said it was okay, that he was just a kid and these things happen, but instead, it made me feel bad. I offered to clean it up, but she insisted that I leave my son (who is 2) outside with my 10-year-old.
I understood her concerns about wanting to keep her business clean, and I would have done that anyway. That’s why my son was already outside.

Very small dine in area but a really cool atmosphere. Full bar. Nice tap selections. But the food is the star. The best ribs I’ve ever had. We tried the dry rub and the wet. Both were awesome. Meaty. Smoked correctly. Don’t pass it up if your in the area.

This place has great tasting food and a variety to choose from. It's a BBQ place, and I was hungry for Brunswick stew. This was the only place I could find it, and it was delicious! This place stays crowded, but when we got there, luckily, we got the last seat available. It was upstairs, but we took it. The steps are steep and narrow, but we made it. I can't wait to go back! Good food, friendly waiter.

If you love southern style BBQ, you will absolutely love this place. It’s a cozy little restaurant/ bar in the great state of Alabama. A very inviting atmosphere with friendly people. The staff were super friendly & polite. Your seating options are booth, table or picnic table, I chose the picnic table. The menu is simple & straight forward, amazing bbq chicken, wings or ribs . It was absolutely delicious, the sauce was amazing & the ribs were fall off the bone. I really enjoyed myself here & the was truly delicious. I know will enjoy your meal here.
